Since 2005, many international organizations, including the International Maritime Organization and the World Food Programme, have expressed concern over the rise in acts of piracy. These acts of Piracy have contributed to an increase in shipping costs and impeded the delivery of food aid shipments. Ninety percent of the World Food Program's shipments arrive by sea, and ships into this area now require a military escort. in my humble opinion i think that a stargate does exist there. why else would so many countries send so many 'war' ships to surround it. i just find it hard to believe that piracy is the real issue. it makes you wonder what else may be in yemen. several years ago i read a book that mentioned some type of obelisk that was discovered or they were trying to discover in that area. but now my memory is failing me. i will have to do some research to find this. thanks, One. great thread.

Interesting, but a few notes on the first video that is shown under the article at beforeitsnews.com

It talks of military vessels guarding the supposed (submerged?) alien vessels in the water. Why than is the size of the ships the same as those laying stranded on the beach as is common practice with fishing boats in the more rural areas of the world? And even than, why is it still on google maps? The music is truely dramatic and supports the case of hiding a lot stuff. I am not arguing that there would be nothing going on in the Gulf of Aden since the response to a few pirates in fishing boats is indeed rather 'out of proportion', but there has to be more evidence than, most likely, fishing boats ankered near three not natural banks in the sea.

The formation these boats are ankered at are not natural, that is absolutely true, but a bit of zooming on google maps discredites the whole video in a second and that is a pity with such a fascinating topic as a possible stargate is!

Second and third video for me add nothing to this subject. But The One, can you perhaps guide me to more information, I would like to read/know more.

In the first video on the page in the above link, it shows what they claim to be "Military Vessles Guarding" three submerged oval objects, off the coast near the tiny town of Jil'ah. I have to say this out loud. I think they are smoking effing camel sh*t, of the mind-altering variety. Have a look for yourself. I used the ruler tool in Google Earth to measure the submerged oval objects - they are approximately 130 metres long by 30 metres wide. They look to me like man-made reefs or breakwaters. I measured the so-called "Military Vessels" - they are approximately 9 to 10 metres long and look remarkably like fishing boats. The same applies to the so-called "hundreds of warships" all along that coastline.

There are many vortices in the world's oceans that are caused by tides and currents. Have a look in any fast-flowing creek or river and you will see many smaller vortices.

I am not a debunker or dis-info dude. I'm not saying the vortex is or is not anything unusual. I don't know. I have not been there to see it with my own eyes. My feeling is that we have all been fed a pile of BS which distracts us from far more important things and we (me included) gobbled it up because we have open minds and want many of these claims to be true, which could mean we are dangerously gullible.

It is curious that the so-called star gate vortex off the coast of Yemen is blurred out in Google Earth and Google Maps. I have seen the clear aerial photos but I am still not convinced it warrants so much attention.

Hi all......Piracy in the gulf.......A great distraction just as terrorists are on air and land . Like everything else I'm not going to belittle the dangers to small boats and pleasure sailors foolish enough to sail water vulnerable to oppertunist criminals looking for wealthy westerners in yachts etc. But get real taking tankers for ransom there are several ways this could be stamped out IMO , rather than maintaining a costly armada in the area.

firstly station UN sponsored marines at either end of the the vulnarable area getting on and off vessels when needed.......Arm some of the crew with weapons training as was always the case with armed merchentment in the past,

Bear in mind the pirates are approaching in small craft not 'Pirate Galleons '.... I wonder if it is a star gate, possibly we need to be looking at the cargo being pirated in the area and who receives the goods? Are we actually trading with the other side??? we hear about the ransom demands but never what happens to the goods on the ships.

I do have a little problem with the so called ships guarding in the video, they look a tad small and more like local fishing boats. Interesting thread though and worth further investigation. I wonder what we are getting in exchange for the goods we are bartering????

Hi All something else I put in my long post that got timed out , during Gulf war 11 if you remember US forces made a 'B' Line straight to Bagdad for an unsceduled tour of the world renown museum to retrieve some sort of artifact supposedly connected with ' Star Gate' technology .
Despite World heritage organisations warnings to protect the priceless collection housed there US forces under the cover of looters were deffinatly there doing something and it was'nt to protect the the building and its contents or the looters would have been disperced. Also by going straight to Bagdad they let the bulk of the Iraqi army simply to go home instead of rounding them up a dissarming them , thus ensuring there
would be armed insurrection and unstable government for a decade .
