Strange Pear Harbour Photos

I am just wandering if anyone can help with these two photo's.They are from pear harbour the first photo if you look at the left hand side there seems to be some sort of bird but its looks massive.

maybe its me jumping to conclusions

The bird in the first photo is probably an albatross, which has a huge wingspan. The internet gives it a measurement of between 3.2. and 3.5m

What do you think is in the second photo i have circle around what appears to be something
