He didn't interview many english & he also failed twice with his own history,,,again.
1. "brits" as he calls them, are not english.
2. It was the Cymry that kicked the butts of the english & not the Americans.

So it would seem that folk are just as thick on both sides of the pond.


On a plaque mounted on the east façade of PhiladelphiaCity hall is inscribed;

Perpetuating the Welsh heritage, and commemorating the vision and virtue of the following Welsh patriots in the founding of the City, Commonwealth, and Nation: William Penn, 1644-1718, proclaimed freedom of religion and planned New Wales later named Pennsylvania. Thomas Jefferson, 1743-1826, third President of the United States, composed the Declaration of Independence. Robert Morris, 1734-1806, foremost financier of the American Revolution and signer of the Declaration of Independence. Governor Morris, 1752-1816, wrote the final draft of the Constitution of the United States. John Marshall, 1755-1835, Chief Justice of the United States and father of American constitutional law.

The Revolutionary war was very much a Welsh war with many Notable Welshmen taking up the cause of the colonies. Among them, Thomas Jefferson. Jefferson spoke six languages including Welsh. He drafted the Declaration of Independence and was the third President of the United States. The declaration of Independence states the wrongs committed by the King against the colonies, among them Jefferson wrote;

“He has waged cruel war against human nature itself, violating it’s most sacred rights of life & liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating & carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither. this piratical warfare, the opprobrium of infidel powers, is the warfare of the CHRISTIAN king of Great Britain. determined to keep open a market where MEN should be bought & sold, he has prostituted his negative for suppressing every legislative attempt to prohibit or to restrain this execrable commerce”
