CORRECTION: I JUST REALIZED THIS VIDEO IS FROM 2010. APOLOGIES. BUT WITH THE KIND OF FLOODING WE HAVE SEEN IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD THIS YEAR, THIS STILL SEEMS LIKE A BIG CONCERN TO ME.

Since I first read about the massive Three Gorges Dam project in China, I've had a bad feeling. :faint2:
This video says that 38 million people have been affected by the current flooding in China and more than 1.3 million have been evacuated. Their rainy season is not over yet.
I wonder if we should have a Disaster sub-forum on PA.
