Do you think Big Brother is the only player in the game?

The older I get the more chaos I see in the world so I find it hard to believe that there is 'one' controlling person or group. Also given the length of time that the game has been played for it is improbable that at least a few members of the staff haven't gotten the idea of going in to business for themselves seeing as they do most of the work anyway.

More probable is a free for all with any person or group that thinks, "Hang on. If they can do it, what's stopping me?".
