This is a good video of the "Solar Obliteration Technique." He uses a building to block part of the sun so that he can record UFO/living orbs. I say UFO or living because there are two kinds and until you get closer footage, its hard to tell the difference. Good method but fast forward to 1:25 in the video to see it begin.
