View Full Version : How we all have built our puzzle and what are your pieces?

I am fascinated by the abundance of information that is available to us on the internet and the contrary, sometimes radical ideas that are shared by all of us. This site is such an amazing example of a community of like-minded but incredibly different people. We are all here for our own reasons but we share a common... stomping ground, if you will.

As I have gone through my journey of discovery and opening my perspectives, I have seen what I believe in or consider valid, to be an ever-evolving and constantly changing thing. I have been deeply interested in some peoples stories only to have seen them discredited and debunked months later. As a result, I have a different opinion on matters today than in the past.

What are your pieces of the puzzle?

How far are you willing to stretch your world to believe in something?

What will you accept as believable or as the truth?

So...Do you believe in aliens and UFO's but not in the 9/11 truth movement? Do you believe the CIA killed JFK but there is no NWO or global conspiracy? Do you believe it all or very little?

What is your truth and would you be kind enough to share it with me? :ear:

My only wish is that the thread contain no judgements. Just personal opinions.

How far are you willing to stretch your world to believe in something?

Hi Karma Ninja, how about I stretch that very good question a wee bit to ask: How far are you willing to shatter your world to believe in nothing?

Cheers,
Fred

I like your question! It has a deeper meaning... A companion question and just as important.

Personally my world was never shattered but I got shook up for years.

The jigsaw puzzle i am currently piecing together has over 10,000 small pieces, i started with the corner pieces of the universe on my jigsaw puzzle and are working my way inwards starting with the larger stars first and then the planets, moons, suns etc. This is the jigsaw puzzle i have chosen Of The Universe, and its not that complicated when you learn to trust your innerself and spiritual guides. Hope this helps. PS You need a lot of light as well because the pieces are so tiny. Ohh and soothing meditational music works for me as well while i'm completing this puzzle.

It's gonna look like this when im done!

So what is it that you are looking for?

I am looking for people to share what they have absorbed and processed. Describe what makes sense to you.

I just spent the past 3 Months trying to make sense of what my life was really about over the past 40 years. The only things that make any sense now is that I have just scratched the surface of my potential. What makes sense is that I am both alone and surrounded by those who are trying to raise their understanding of how the universe works without going totally crazy. What makes sense is that Love is the divine law for everything, those that have will progress/grow and those that don’t will just have to repeat it all over again. What makes sense is that I am tired and want to go home and I am not talking this life!

Hi Karmicninja if all 4000 of us all shared with what we thought about everything we would be here for eternity.

Alright brother, ask and you'll receive. Call me a spiritual simpleton, but what I have absorbed is the golden rule, "do unto others". What I have processed, as of present anyway, is that I don't know sh!t.:)

Seriously.

Truth as I see it is that we're masters of spinning invisible webs and getting caught up in the intricacies & minutiae of it all - and believing them to be of more substance than they are. Truth to me is - for lack of adequate words - superficial and false, a lie that we believe to be real. The essence of "all" just "is".

I think the realization that I don't know $h!t was one of the most freeing moments in my life. It opens doors... If a person lived their life following those 2 lessons they would be both humble and insightful. Thanks!

Fair enough. It would also become the first thread that all members responded to so I won't set aside that long! ;o)

My journey in recent years has been about redefining myself, instead of using the jigsaw analogy, I've benn treating my life like a painting.
We've all grown up with a belief in whatever we are, and my journey now is about making the picture bigger, painting in the background, lighting up the shadows, and filling in all the parts that I previously thought "I'm not", which includes lots of things that other people and society in general say "you shouldn't be/do". It includes challenging myself to doing things I've always thought I can't do, living outside of my comfort zone, and only relying on my intuition rather than what somebody else tells me. Like others have said - the older I get, the less I know !!
My biggest challenge though is that I'm a lazy sod and will always take the line of least resistence !! :p

Thanks for sharing! I guess we have always known as little as we do so... The older we get the more we realize how little we know!

Hey Karma Ninja! You really want to know, lol?

My main area of focus is spirituality, the possibility of spiritual transformation, and ETs/UFOs etc - the latter here comes from personal experience.

I learned long ago that the most important aspect to this subject is not to get too hung up on the details. Ultimately the details do not matter. Choose what you experience first hand for yourself – what resonates with you by way of your own senses (physical or otherwise), and what ultimately serves to progress your understanding and development.

For me, personally, if you want to know, some of my 'beliefs' are rooted in fact - fact to me anyway. I believe in the soul, reincarnation; and that the true meaning of Earth, for us, is as a spiritual life-school. Why? because, how do I say, I'm a 'sensitive', and I have the intuition of it. I have felt many times (but only once seen, with a witness) spirits, which I assert without question to be apparitions of spirits who have passed to the other side. I have also met and spoken with many, many mediums and clairvoyants, and shared knowledge/experiences with them. I’ve read dozens and dozens of books on the subject.

I have established this as a reality, which has shaped my reality.

As for extra-terrestrials I have been unfortunate enough to have had face-to-face encounters with them too. Physical abductions, visitations, and not just when in bed either. Can I prove it? Nope. I don't wish to even try convincing anyone, because it can't be done with words alone. I’ve never openly spoken of these things, and this forum is the first place I've felt comfortable bringing it up.

I must have seen 2 dozen UFOs as well (from conscious recollection) all related to my experiences. But nothing much since '97, when the abductions stopped. And thank God. The only evidence (for myself) that I’m left with was a large psychologist’s bill, and many memories I do not care to have.

So all in all mate I don't know what to tell you. I know ETs are real, as I struggled with these creatures for a period of years. You would not believe what I've seen. And I know I'm not crazy. The day that I woke up after a harrowing experience and found my dog paralyzed from the neck down - completely, inexplicably - but only for some 4 or 5 hours before the debilitation vanished and he returned to normal, I knew that what I was encountering was very real. “Sleep-paralysis” may well exist as a phenomenon (which was one theory I had at the time, pedaled to me by a so-called specialist), but so does ET abduction, I assure you… And there was more evidence in the way of bruises, and curious red spots/blotches on arms and legs that would disappear half an hour after waking, etc.

Bottom line is I know for certain only what I know to be certain through experiential proof; through my senses. The rest can only be a belief.

There’s probably other things I’ve forgotten, it’s been years since I even thought about this much.

It wasn’t until the back of end of this summer that I started to personally grow restless, agitated for reasons I didn’t understand, and going over the past with a fine-toothed comb – that is why I am here now.

In summary: until this summer I was a regular bloke doing a regular job. And then some other sense kicked in, and made me turn my mind to 'this whole subject’ again. I don’t know why, it’s been years. I soon quit my job and also gave up many activities I previously enjoyed. I don’t miss them. I’m anxious for reasons I don’t understand, and excited, again for reasons I don’t rightly understand. I’m not sure if I’ve ever felt this alive. Since about August I’ve discovered that it probably wasn’t a coincidence either: there was A LOT of stuff going on, and on an unconscious level I think I intuited that.

So that’s why I’m here: to learn, (re-learn the things I’d forgotten) to progress and to share.

There is a paradigm for all of us, a path. I walk mine between up there and down here. Always have. There is a cover-up, most obviously. They know all about it. That is certainly real. The human spirit is real, other dimensions are real. Will 2012 herald an 'ascension' to a higher state? Is this belief real? I’d like very much to believe so, and that the ETs (the positive ones!) will be instrumental in it.

And there will be no apocalypse! (in my reality anyway)

Thanks for listening.

I have come to similar conclusions in similar ways. While I am also completely trusting of my intuition I also have devoted literally hundreds of hours researching a huge amount of information from one end of the spectrum to the other.

I really appreciate you sharing your views, thoughts and experiences! Thanks.

Spoiler Warning...only read if you really want to know ;)
Well a while back during a major mystical experience I saw myself in the analogy of doing a jigsaw puzzle. Each little mystery, well, in fact everything in the universe, fit somewhere. As more and more pieces slowly came together I was incredibly excited to see what the picture was going to be. Well finally, when the last piece was fitted into place, my jaw dropped...I looked with absolute wonder and absolute terror at what I saw...the beauty, the intensity and...the implication was overwhelming....the whole thing was a mirror...I was looking in a mirror!!
To me this is what it is all about. We are each the most incredible, complex, magical beings that contain the entire universe. This existence we call reality is one of the incredible, complex, fascinating games we have set up as a means to explore ourselves. In order to recognize ourself we need to see beyond all the distracting details, and the illusion of good and evil (which ultimately sees us divided from ourself...and caught in duality). However, that being said...we have all eternity at our fingertips so there is no rush. Play, explore, create...injoy!

Two gods linger looking down upon the earth, One god scoffs at how easy humans have it, no concern of how hard it is to watch over everything at once, how easy thier lives of only having to worry about one being and not all of creation, Thier existence is care free any god could know everything of them in one year and exist care free as one for a millenia...... the other says, I accept your challenge....

My world shattered when I was born, I have no way of posting a picture to describe it, just imagine standing infront of a mirror that has been shattered, glued back together and your gazing at your immage as you glue the last missing piece of your mirrored face into place.

We are easily divisible.

After that, making sense of information can get confusing because we have been bred with sloppy thinking.

Studying the "List of Cognitive Biases" on Wikipidea was a good start.

From that point it has been my experience that discerning between symptoms and "The Problem" became easier.

How much I discovered was a reflection of my curiosity.

My discoveries did not manifest in sequence. Some had to sit in a gray basket for some time.

Very poetic! Thanks for sharing. You were the pieces of the puzzle you found.

You are the pieces that make you the whole. There is no piece that is greater than the whole and yet, if you find a piece missing, you are left to stare at what is missing and not at what is still there. As though the whole is only what is seen once all of the pieces are there...
