The insanity is: that they don't even have the constitutional right to bring it to the table to form a bill to have a vote on it.

Their point is that they don't seek to do much more than create a temporary position and temporary condition....whereby they have the legal right to do as they please.

And in having that temporary condition existing, they do what they want ....which is the tear down of the system.
