About 20 years ago I read a book (can't remember the exact title), but it detailed numerous apparent vanishings of people into thin air (various locations throughout the world).
It gave many witness testimonies of how a person or persons, simply vanished in front of the eyes of one or multiple other witnesses. (Sorry, again I can't remember if any of them ever returned).
I rather doubt if the book ever made the top 50 bestsellers at the time due to it not being a very popular subject, although I was able to borrow it from my local library here in England.
I personally thought the book was extremely interesting.
In common with the UFO / ET subect, it was quite obvious that...
IF ONLY 1 OF THE CASES IN THE BOOK HAPPENED AS DESCRIBED,
THEN THERE EXISTS A SUBJECT WORTHY OF SERIOUS SCIENTIFIC STUDY !
