very important , my father used to grow a vegetable garden and always keep some of the seeds and dry them out in front of the heater so they'd be safe to store for next season , i rekon is a good practice , if everyone could keep a garden to supliment thier diet , even a small pot based one for those in appartments

Hi all, I have a large flower garden and a smaller vegetable garden. With each passing year I'm amazed
and sometimes surprised to see who comes calling. The many birds, bees, butterflies, dragonflies and an
interesting assortment of much larger wildlife; including a gorgeous , brown bear cub. (Beautiful but also
made me very nervous!) Growing things and taking the time to notice the abundance all around us; keeps
us grounded, and is good for one's soul and well being. Fresh, pesticide free vegetables grown in
the backyard are wonderful too; just ask the deer, rabbits, pheasants...(chubby rabbits) Peace and love,
