This is my first post here, and i often express myself through poetry, it's just easier for me, so this is an introduction to what iam about and how i think, enjoy, or not;)

IMAGINE

Imagine a world,
Were we are all free,
No corruption,
Or adgenda's,
We could be you and me,
No fighting or wars,
No competition,
No fight for survival,
No acts of contrition,
A place of peace,
Where harmony reigns,
Nothing to lose,
And nothing to gain,
A world of beauty,
A place of wonder,
We could play under blue skies,
Say Ooh at the thunder,
Where lion layed with lamb,
All cuddled and safe,
We looked after our planet,
And just didnt rape,
A world of peace, of joy and of love,
Im liking this world,
Im thinking it's good!

Kelly, keep imagining. That's exactly what I imagine too. In fact, it's more than just my imagination. That world is alive and real somewhere inside of me. It isn't imagination. It's real. I can feel it. And that feeling keeps growing and getting stronger. Never give up on that dream.

Hi Kelly.
nice to see new faces, i watched Avatar last night, and your poem reminded me of that world.
A real utopia of life and love, we must fight for this world because we have fought to leave it.
But when we return to it, it will be worth it and all this nonsense will be obsolete.
Keep expressing yourself in anyway you feel is best for you.

With love Sean

:) Thats very true.
Utopia is an expression of true inner self.
By the very action of being on this site posting, reading and thinking about the things we do, we are accepting that we deserve more than this system has offered us.
We are slowly starting to realize that there is so much more to this reality than we have been told, but more importantly, We as beings are starting to come to terms with our real power within our souls.
The real battle is on the outside in our "world" where we must bring the image we have in our souls for our world into reality and ignore the false system of money and power.
The real question is this, will we have to do it alone or can we accept help from another source?

Nie poem Kelly!

A world of beauty,
A place of wonder,
We could play under blue skies,
Say Ooh at the thunder,
Where lion layed with lamb,
All cuddled and safe,

A New Earth.....like the one Eckhart Tolle is pointing us towards. A place where all are gentle and look out for each other.

Where people play with animals and don't eat them, for instance.

A place where all are gentle,
And look out for each other,
Were there is no harm,
We are sister and brother,
We can laugh and sing,
And dance and play,
Have a wonderful exsistance,
Every day!
We can run with the dogs,
And play games with the cats,
Love every animal,
Even the rats ( i love rats, sooo intelligent)
Frolic till sundown,
In the green fields,
Then go home and cook fabulous meals,
Every day is like heaven,
It's how it should be,
All of us together,
You and me! xxxx

Hi Kelly,

Welcome to Avalon!

I haven't been here long, but I have found this place to be truly special! It feels really good to connect with like-minded people.
Thank you for the poetry, Imagine perfectly describes my "happy place"!

Reminds me of summer days... I'm missing them right now. :smow:
