A bad birdwatchers view of unity

During my last vacation I watched a lot of videos on murmuration
as this phenomenon is called. Murmuration is from the murmuring
sound heard from the flock. This video below is the best video I have
found so far. It shows different phases, the beginning when the birds
get on the wings, flying around almost at random. When they get
together in small flocks, when the small flocks get together in large
flocks. When the flock dissolve and come together again and when
the flock get really dense and moves as one. If you watch the video in
slow motion you can see that they dont tip their wings in the same
moment, there are waves of movement going through the flock, that
determines when and how to change the angle of their wings.

There are two questions that so far has been unanswered by science
about this phenomenon. First, why are the birds doing this? There have
been a few theories, but no that have been able to explain why. One
theory is about protection from attacking falcons. This works, its very
hard to pick a prey from those close formations, there are videos on
UT on this, But some birds do this in places where there are no birds
of prey. I saw Guillemots flying like this on Svalbard 2009. And there
are no birds of prey on Svalbard. So why do they do this?

The other question is how is it done. How do they communicate?
How can each of them know the exact moment to change the angle
of the wing tip? One mistake and we would watch the greatest multiple
collision in histoty. Noone knows how.

To me it looks as they are all connected to a field.

Here is an article from Wired Science on the phenomenon.

The question is , how is this field created? I dont know, but I think
that its important that they act as sovereign beings. They are, they
dont demand anyone to allow them to fly anywhere, hunt insects
build their nests and rise their offspring. But of course they have
to take care of themselves too. Noone to blame if they are eaten
by a fat cat.

Could we, humans create a similar field if we were sovereign in the same way?
I mean, we are sovereign but have millenias of garbage and lies stored, that we
have to let go to realize who we really are. Or maybe I should
say, realizing who we are, all the garbage is just seen as the
illusion it is. LOL
Is this murmuration a picture of unity on an animal level?
Watching those videos with the Philosophia Perennis glasses. ie

Its sleeping in the stones
Its dreaming in the plants
Its living in the animals
Its conscious in humans

Wot does this phenomenon mean when it reaches the human level?

Please watch, the video, think about it as a display of consciousness,
happening in consciousness, watched by consciousness. And do
elaborate on this.
It has haunted me for quite some time. LOL

Isn't nature beautiful? Gave me goose bumps. I think the "prey" concept may be correct, because I think they have determined that is why schools of fish do the exact same thing.

Thank you for sharing.

Well, "they have determined". LOL In southern Denmark they have had flocks of
2 million starlings doing this murmuration thing. 2 million birds flying around at
random all day in full day light catching insects and picking seeds. Then at
dusk they have to congregate in those huge flocks to be protected, I just dont
think it makes any sense. But as said, I really dont know why, yet.

They look like Avalonians - all moving in different directions, in perfect harmony :)

Wow, that video was really lovely. I have seen smaller flocks doing that in my area before and it was amazing to watch. The huge number of birds dancing together in this video is just very inspiring and beautiful. Thank you for sharing it.

Jorr, maybe we have it all wrong. What if the birds, insects, and fish were the intelligent beings? They do things in unity for the greater good of the group. What if we humans could do the same thing? What a wonderful world this could be. Maybe that is what accension is all about!

Yes, maybe we can act as represantantive of all living beings and life on the planet.
I know nothing about ascension, maybe we could start with immersion, ie getting into and
live totally in the body and not pretend that we are to identify with spirit, as if we
are like a budgerigar sitting on the shoulder.

Come on, someone gptta have some idea about wot is happening on the video.
Its apparent that its beautiful, but doesnt anyone get at least some feeling,
hunch, tiny tingeling or other sensation about wot the picture might mean?
Something not about just the surface of the picture. :frusty:

Where we have it all wrong is that we've forgotten that we are a part of nature.
