On reading a post about flouride in tooth paste being bad for us,over the last week in the UK. It was advised by the powers that be, to rub the teeth with tooth paste for better protection from cavities.I think they are determined to meddle in our health,many people will take this as a good thing without knowing the dangers of flouride.

For the most part, just brush your teeth with anything on it.. rinse with clear water. This is mainly to get the food crap and acids off. Once in a while use something to brush with, minus the poisons etc. that's in toothpastes.

your thoughts are good kittywake, but it goes further than flouride unfortunately, I think you will enjoy the above thread :)
