FBI Raids “Domestic Terrorist” Camp in Florida

The groundwork is being laid to make American's afraid of "militia" types. Yes, once the government starts rounding them up, the average American and world citizen will feel the government is right in taking action. Let's see if some group backed by the FBI does some terrorist event to really kick off a crack down to provide security for the scared people who are brainwashed into thinking the problem is with these groups and not the elected thugs taking over the world.

A raid conducted by federal authorities and local law enforcement in Florida is being used to portray anti-government sentiment as dangerous and potentially violent.

“Hate crime” suspects appear to have been produced by central casting at the FBI.

The FBI raided what it describes as a paramilitary camp in Osceola County over the weekend. Investigators told the media ten people were arrested on hate crime charges. The suspects are said to be members of the American Front, a white supremacist group. According to WFTV (http://www.wftv.com/news/news/fbi-says-more-arrests-come-suspected-white-suprema/nNygm/) in Orlando, the group “is known as a domestic terrorist organization.”
“WFTV learned that investigators believe the group was involved in paramilitary training that included weapons like AK-47′s and they also trained in hand-to-hand combat for a coming race war,” the news station reports.

The federal government has a documented history of creating racist groups. In 1991, the FBI invented a group called the Veterans Aryan Movement. It was part of PATCON, the code-name for “Patriot Conspiracy,” a government operation that targeted not only racist groups but also “ultra-libertarian” and Second Amendment activists who “have found common cause in their suspicion and fear of the federal government,” according to J. Under COINTELPRO, the FBI infiltrated (http://www.thirdworldtraveler.com/FBI/COINTELPRO60s_WAH.html) the Ku Klux Klan, Minutemen, Nazis, and other racist groups. In the mid-1970s, the Senate’s Church Committee revealed that during the 1960s more than aquarter of all Klan members were FBI agents or informants (http://thirdworldtraveler.com/FBI/COINTELPRO_Untold_Story.html) and many of them acted as provocateurs and actively engaged in violence.

During the trial of the racist radio talk show host Hal Turner it was revealed that he was a prized “national security intelligence” (http://www.infowars.com/hal-turner-is-a-national-security-intelligence-asset/) asset who attempted to incite and goad others into racist and violent activity. His code name was “Valhalla” and “he received thousands of dollars from the FBI to report on such groups as the Aryan Nations and the white supremacist National Alliance, and even a member of the Blue Eyed Devils skinhead punk band,” according to The Record (http://www.northjersey.com/news/Records_show_feds_used_ultra-right_radio_host_for_years.html).

It is entirely possible American Front will be revealed as another government operation designed to demonize the growing patriot movement, Second Amendment activists, and “ultra-libertarians” calling for the federal government to follow and obey the Constitution.
The raid in Florida coincides with efforts by the government to exploit the Treyvon Martin case and inflame racial tensions as the election approaches. Army wants to monitor your computer activity

Private industry and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency are among the entities that have technological solutions in various stages of progress.
Raytheon’s SureView software captures any security breach or policy violation it’s programmed to find and can “replay the event like a DVR,” for a local administrator or others to view, according to the company’s website. The software’s trigger is programmable and can be set to any behavior considered suspicious or not.

Working with Raytheon, a group of cadets from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point last year conducted a simulation of an insider attack at a forward operating base. Cadets looked at how to fine-tune the way SureView detects potential threats and eliminate false positives for innocuous behavior, said West Point computer science professor Col. Greg Conti.

“It was very powerful, very flexible and allowed you to monitor with very fine resolution activities on the desktop, and the real trick becomes how you detect anomalous behavior,” Conti said. “Predictive models are kind of the holy grail. When you see that no one else has done something but bad guys, you can start being predictive.”

At SAIC, which is testing a behavior analytics system, Beard likened behavioral modeling to the Pre-Crime unit from the science fiction movie “Minority Report.” Instead of using psychics to stop crimes before they occur, the software would be programmed to detect behavior that has preceded malicious acts in the past.
In real life, researchers are examining the behavior of malicious insiders to see what actions they took before they acted out. That in turn would be used to teach the software what behavior to flag.

“We may want to administer policies that say, ‘Gee, gosh, why do you really want to download 300 [megabytes] of stuff or a gig of data in a single session?’ ” Beard said. “We look for the antecedents of behavior that would suggest based on past history that bad things are going to take place.”
That could be visiting restricted websites, requesting access to information outside of one’s job description or asking for large amounts of storage media — or likely some combination of the above. Individually, the actions may not seem problematic, but combined and in the context of human intelligence, they could raise alarms.

“We start taking those things and recombining them to say, ‘What is going on in the environment?’ ” Beard said. “Any one of those things independently can be totally innocuous and innocent, but when you put them together — plus their job, plus their access, plus the things they are working on — you may be looking at it as a counterintel kind of thing.”

Now, a leaked U.S. Army document outlining the processes and procedures for Internment and Resettlement Operations indicates that not only are the now infamous FEMA detainment and refugee relocation camps real, but that government, military and private sector organizations are actively taking steps to deal with mass incarcerations when they happen:

A leaked U.S. Army document prepared for the Department of Defense contains shocking plans for “political activists” to be pacified by “PSYOP officers” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.
The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF (http://info.publicintelligence.net/USArmy-InternmentResettlement.pdf)) was originally released on a restricted basis to the DoD in February 2010, but has now been leaked online.

The manual outlines policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. International agencies like the UN and the Red Cross are named as partners in addition to domestic federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.

The document makes it clear that the policies apply “within U.S. territory” and involve, “DOD support to U.S. civil authorities for domestic emergencies, and for designated law enforcement and other activities,” including “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.”

The manual states, “These operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations,” and adds that “The authority to approve resettlement such operations within U.S. territories,” would require a “special exception” to The Posse Comitatus Act, which can be obtained via “the President invoking his executive authority.” The document also makes reference to identifying detainees using their “social security number.”
Aside from enemy combatants and other classifications of detainees, the manual includes the designation of “civilian internees,” in other words citizens who are detained for, “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”
