Dig up a good old thread from page 101 - challenge

Many times it seems the same things and "revelations" come and go and are repeatedly breaking news. Therefore it occurred me to challenge you to browse the old threads in General Discussion at page 101 and if you see something that could or SHOULD be resurrected, bring it back up. As new threads are created the threads on page 100 are also slowly changing. That way we might get a retrospective look into some interesting threads.

The criteria would be if you find the thread valuable in some way that relates to how things have turned out or it bears significance to recent events - or if the thread is just really nice then go for it. However my wish is not to flood the front page with old threads, just those that are interesting in hindsight.

The first I am picking up is about Egyptian hassle about none other than Zahi Hawass.

It's important to understand that neither I or any of the mods have a complete picture of what we have on Avalon. Sometimes it's a little like an archaelogical dig. Like: "Wow! We never knew that was there!" :)

At the time of writing this, we have 43,923 threads. That's a lot of stuff.

I invite anyone reading this to trawl around and 'bump' (or list here) any valuable and interesting threads that may have sunk way below everyone's radar, including mine. That might be a really valuable service to everyone.
