Peace of Mind

Hi peeps, I hope all is well…

Lately, a close friend and I have been giving some thought to this whole evolution thing.
As the days pass, I’ve become more willing to believe that we all have been trained (from birth) to believe physics, math, and logic to work in a certain way…meaning…these practices have been conditioned in to our minds with “well designed” inaccuracies. Maybe, this is a reason why so many struggle in school because their higher self knows what’s real and is subconsciously rejecting the lies…hmmm, just a thought.

Most of society has never been trained to use their psychic abilities and have been dumb down for the sole purpose of disempowerment. People (these days) are so quick to say “NO”, “I can’t”, “If only I ….” Blah, blah, blah…. I even created a tread about the disempowerment in the English Language, back in the first Avalon. http://projectavalon.net/forum/showthread.php?t=17507

It seems to me that society is too concerned about what others can and can not do, instead of concentrating on their own powers. Haha, but, In contrast to that…most believe if they see someone fly or do something that they themselves cannot do (supernatural) it’s a hoax. This is another way how disempowerment works…through the conditioning of the collective mind to place limits on the individuals abilities. Skeptic says- “Well if I can’t run as fast as a bullet….you can’t either”…so this has to be some sought of trick.”
But, in essence it’s all intent, Will power, Mind over matter….These abilities are taken away from the individual by the use of constant ridicule and doubt from the populace. We obstruct our own developments because of egos. If we stop thinking with words and start using our emotions to explain and create …life will be extremely easier, except we limit ourselves and others thru blind arrogance and envy.

Ok. Enough of the rambling…time to get to the point, the true purpose to this topic.

Today, I read an article in the daily paper about a man falling from a 40 story building, and lived (the second guy within 2 years). http://www.nydailynews.com/ny_local/2010/08/31/2010-08-31_miracle_man_plunges_seven_stories_crashes_atop_ of_dodge_charger_and_lives_to_tel.html

This incident immediately reminded me of a conversation I had with my friend about A T.V. show/series called “Superhuman” created by Stan Lee the creator of Marvel Comics.
Below, I pasted the 5 parts to the first season. I’m sure you’ll be able to find the other seasons whenever you’re ready…

4.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qsQjES0q8YY
5.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nevx5hjxyrs

So, in your opinion (or fact), could these cases be examples of human Evolution, or are these people minds wired in a way to filter out all that disempowering BS, thoughts of being insignificant, and erroneous beliefs most have been trained to believe since birth?

Feel free to discuss…and thanks for your time.

Peace

I believe a persons phsycic ability is developed from birth, and if they don't bury the powers (because humanity finds them "special" where I find they are normal ) then they will be quite powerful. But society has corrupted our minds...

ridicule has been a rather effective tool in the dumbing down process , in conjunction with the percieved need to fit in ,

I would definitely agree. We have been given the "powerless humans" message since birth. Take this drug for that. Buy this product for that. Eat this meal for that. Watch this program for that. It's endless. But the central message is one of subservience and powerlessness.

As long as the "lion spirit" that dwells within each of us is kept but an ember, we'll remain at a compromised state.

Society has conditioned people to police each other. The moment someone demonstrates a revolutionary / evolutionary idea or ability they are ridiculed, opposed or ostracised. It's like the bucket of crabs where, as one tries to escape by climbing out, the rest drag it back in to be with them.

I agree guys. Did anyone see the new episode last night?

This show is truly amazing, and I ‘m surprised that many haven’t been watching it. Yesterday’s episode had a man who could attract any form of matter to his skin. He picked up pots, pans and other objects with the palms of his hands and his forehead…just by thinking it.
He prepares by meditating first (claiming to see images that resemble the Northern Lights), once he sees these images he then knows he can proceed to pick up stuff with his thoughts. Personally, I think he sees the magnetic field and some how combines it with his thoughts and body. As he is doing this feat you can clearly see the look of intent on his face…as if he is in an extreme state of concentration. Very interesting…

Another dude was able to display tremendous amount of tolerance to pain. He stuck a skew through his arms and neck. He didn’t bleed or feel pain. He sys the secret is all in the mind. He diminishes the thoughts of pain in his mind…therefore the body respond as if nothing is happening…therefore no blood or screaming in agony.

Another guy was able to submerge himself into the deep sea (for over 5 minutes) where the pressure is suppose to kill him. Again, another account of mind over matter.

Each person had scientist testing their abilities and not one of the scientists could come up with any logical answers to why they can do what they do.

We all have been condition to place limits on our abilities. The mind and body are truly amazing facets of God…we just have to remember and believe…but that in itself is an amazing task to overcome too…

The cloak is lifting folks…

I have been watching the Stan Lee Superhumans Show. Some of those guys on there really have some genetic superhuman abilities. The two that come to mind the most would be the Marathon Man, and the Ice man. They tested this guy who ran a Marathon every day for 50 days in a row. His body actually reduced the Lactic acid in his blood some how rather than accumulating it. The guy could literally run all day and never get tired. The Ice man dove into a hole in a frozen lake, swam a couple hundred yards under the ice and came out of another hole. He should have been dead from that. I also liked the Shoulin Warrior Monk that they tested in New York. They could splinter 2 inch thick oak dowel rods on this guys stomach.
