Sandy Hook Seed Sprouts The New Boogie Man....and this article below explains exactly who this "new boogie man" is.

This is important folk's

What was The Sandy Hook Event all about? well, IMO, this article below is a huge part of what it was all about. Also, they killed Bin Laden and the whole "Crazy Mad Man in a Turbin who wants to kill you boogie man myth" has lost it's effectiveness or sex appeal so to speak, therefore, they need a new boogie man!

....this article below is basically labeling anyone that believes the federal government to be corrupt and tyrannical (at any level or degree) is an extremist and or terrorist!

So, basically, if you support civil activism, individual freedoms, and self government at any level, you are the "new boogie man"!

This is one of the most revealing articles I've read since the Sandy Hook Shooting.

In a nut shell, if your a conservative/republican, your a criminal/terrorist, an enemy of the federal government, (be fearful). If your a liberal/democrat your safe and a friend of the federal government. (Don't fear).

West Point center cites dangers of ‘far right’ in U.S.

A West Point think tank has issued a paper warning America about “far right” groups such as the “anti-federalist” movement, which supports “civil activism, individual freedoms and self-government.”

The report issued this week by the Combating Terrorism Center at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., is titled “Challengers from the Sidelines: Understanding America’s Violent Far-Right.”

The center — part of the institution where men and women are molded into Army officers — posted the report Tuesday. It lumps limited government activists with three movements it identifies as “a racist/white supremacy movement, an anti-federalist movement and a fundamentalist movement.”

The West Point center typically focuses reports on al Qaeda and other Islamic extremists attempting to gain power in Asia, the Middle East and Africa through violence.

But its latest study turns inward and paints a broad brush of people it considers “far right.”

It says anti-federalists “espouse strong convictions regarding the federal government, believing it to be corrupt and tyrannical, with a natural tendency to intrude on individuals’ civil and constitutional rights. Finally, they support civil activism, individual freedoms, and self government. Extremists in the anti-federalist movement direct most their violence against the federal government and its proxies in law enforcement.”

The report also draws a link between the mainstream conservative movement and the violent “far right,” and describes liberals as “future oriented” and conservatives as living in the past.

“While liberal worldviews are future- or progressive -oriented, conservative perspectives are more past-oriented, and in general, are interested in preserving the status quo.” the report says. “The far right represents a more extreme version of conservatism, as its political vision is usually justified by the aspiration to restore or preserve values and practices that are part of the idealized historical heritage of the nation or ethnic community.”

The report adds: “While far-right groups’ ideology is designed to exclude minorities and foreigners, the liberal-democratic system is designed to emphasize civil rights, minority rights and the balance of power.”

The report says there were 350 “attacks initiated by far-right groups/individuals” in 2011.

Details about what makes an attack a “far right” action are not clear in the report, which was written by Arie Perliger, who directs the center’s terrorism studies and teaches social sciences at West Point.

A Republican congressional staffer who served in the military told The Washington Times: “If [the Defense Department] is looking for places to cut spending, this junk study is ground zero.

“Shouldn’t the Combating Terrorism Center be combating radical Islam around the globe instead of perpetuating the left’s myth that right-wingers are terrorists?” the staffer said. “The $64,000 dollar question is when will the Combating Terrorism Center publish their study on real left-wing terrorists like the Animal Liberation Front, Earth Liberation Front, and the Weather Underground?”

ADDED NOTE: we are being duped/tricked again folk's!

All this gun grabbing rhetoric has caused this nation to arm themselves to the teeth, the gun manufacturers have made BILLIONS in the last month, and now they are ramping up the rhetoric to divide us even more.

Damn their good! they are tricking us to kill each other off ourselves so they don't have to do it.!

More proof my OP is not my imagination running wild!

Mock Disaster Training Exercise in Scioto County

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- A dead science teacher, weapons of mass destruction, first responders in hazmat suits and the Ohio Army National Guard all near the Municipal Stadium in Portsmouth, Thursday. There's no cause for alarm -- this is just a drill!

The mock disaster training exercise is being done with Scioto County first responders and the Ohio Army National Guard 52nd Civil Support Unit.

"It's the reality of the world we live in," says Portsmouth Police Chief Bill Raisin. "Don't forget there is such a thing as domestic terrorism. This helps us all be prepared."

The make-believe scenario is timely. Two school employees who are disgruntled over the government's interpretation of the Second Amendment, plot to use chemical, biological and radiological agents against members of the local community.

http://www.wsaz.com/news/headlines/Mock-Disaster-Training-Exercise-in-Scioto-County-187322931.html

...and there's more, there's articles all over the net about "pro gun" or conservative types of people being "terrorist-like".

I'll step out side of the box and make a "prediction".....

PREDICTION: (educated guess) There will soon be a HUGE false flag event, way bigger than this Sandy Hook event, and it will be blamed on a conservative anti-government US homegrown group.

Watch out Drake and Alex Jones! You and your followers quite possibly fit the profile to be blamed/demonized!
(could this be why the MSM was allowed to bring Alex Jones to "national demon celebrity status" recently?????

ADDED: If some horrible event does happen reflecting my prediction, it will surely help justify their "mentally unstable" agenda....all anti-government types will easily be considered to be "potential mentally unstable extremist".

Governments only have as much power as people give them. The study in the OP indicates a foreign influence on our policies and reveal the kind of thinking that comes from a plan, and the fear of the plan being discovered or aborted. This plan only succeeds with a brain dead population. I think the planners will not pull this off. Their false flags, meant to distract people, are having an unwanted effect.

Things will get "hairy". They have to because it is the level of stimulation needed to awaken people. We might need a few bodies, real ones instead of media reported ones that never get identified except by a bizarre coroner. Things are unwinding for the elite and doing nothing is not an option for them, although it is probably their best solution. Paranoia will make them move and they will be bad moves.

Your prediction of a nasty FF event seems quite probable to me. At the speed events are moving, we shouldn't have a long wait.

I also think that if they fail at keeping us divided amongst ourselves, their plan fails on many levels too.

If the majority at one time looked at the Sandy Hook event and said, "Hey, wait a minute, this isn't as they say it is.", things would be quite different then they are today.

It probably would be wise to see where fema will be doing their drills in the near to not to distant future......it might help to better know what, where, and when something may happen. (they always seem to be in the neighborhood of EVERY horrible event that takes place)

I don't think these critters causing all this ruckus are about to roll over and take a nap any time soon, they are pretty much in 4th gear, possibly ready to go in to over-drive soon.

check the astrological weather for potential dates for moves such as false flags.

That is part of how it is done.

Up and coming ones would be Feb 6-8th, and then Feb 23 might be the next potential date chosen.

remember, Napoleon and Hitler, with Russia and Moscow.

If a false flag is to occur, in order to 'secure' a multi-climate country in an effort that will span seasons, will require an early start.

Thus 'Springtime for Hitler'* is the best way to go.

An unconstitutional law is not a law. What part of "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" do they not understand?

First important case: Marbury v. Madison, 5 U.S. 137 (1803). This is one of the leading cases in the history of the U.S. The opinion of the court was “Anything that is in conflict is null and void of law; Clearly for a secondary law to come in conflict with the supreme was illogical; for certainly the supreme law would prevail over any other law, and certainly our forefathers had intended that the supreme law would be the basis for all laws, and for any law to come in conflict would be null and void of law. It would bear no power to enforce, it would bear no obligation to obey, it would purport to settle as though it had never existed, for unconstitutionality would date from the enactment of such a law, not from the date so branded by a court of law. No courts are bound to uphold it, and no citizens are bound to obey it. It operates as a mere nullity or a fiction of law, which means it doesn't exist in law.”

The second way we can do it is if necessary and proper our armed militia can come together and decide to tell these people that are giving aid and comfort to the enemies of our country by breaking our laws that you have broken the law of Title 18 U.S. Code section 2381, which says “When in the presence of two witnesses to the same overt act or in an open court of law if you fail to timely move to protect and defend the constitution of the United States and honor your oath of office you are subject to the charge of capital felony treason, and upon conviction you will be taken by the posse to the nearest busy intersection and at high noon hung by the neck until dead…

An unconstitutional act is not law. It confers no rights, it imposes no duties, it affords no protections, it creates no office, it is in legal contemplation as inoperative as though it had never been passed Norton v Shelby County 118 US 425

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is totally void. 16 Am Jur Vol. 2, sec 177, 256

“The federal union has only those powers expressly conferred on it, and those reasonably implied from powers granted, while each state has all governmental powers except such as the people by the constitution have conferred to the United States, denied to the state or reserved to the people themselves." U.S. v Manning 215 fed sup, p 272.

“It is when federal legislation attempts to confer power upon the national government that it is not within the expressed or implied powers given by the constitution, that the legislation becomes vulnerable to this amendment.” Anderson v Gladden 188 fed sup., 666:

That's all true Grip, but the Justice system has been severly comprimised and corrupt beyond belief.

Since we are now the new targets and this Sandy Hook thing has brought the "physical" war on terror to us, we need to watch them close and try to figure out their next move.

A hint where to look would be with the legislation passed and made active recently, such as the NDAA and others.

They have basically made an "instruction book" in a sense with all this recent legislation to some of their intentions IMO.

Obama's 23 Executive Actions/Orders on Gun Control.

1. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal agencies to make relevant data available to the federal background check system.
2. Address unnecessary legal barriers, particularly relating to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, that may prevent states from making information available to the background check system.
3. Improve incentives for states to share information with the background check system.
More In Guns
4. Direct the Attorney General to review categories of individuals prohibited from having a gun to make sure dangerous people are not slipping through the cracks.
5. Propose rulemaking to give law enforcement the ability to run a full background check on an individual before returning a seized gun.
6. Publish a letter from ATF to federally licensed gun dealers providing guidance on how to run background checks for private sellers.
7. Launch a national safe and responsible gun ownership campaign.
8. Review safety standards for gun locks and gun safes (Consumer Product Safety Commission).
9. Issue a Presidential Memorandum to require federal law enforcement to trace guns recovered in criminal investigations.
10. Release a DOJ report analyzing information on lost and stolen guns and make it widely available to law enforcement.
11. Nominate an ATF director.
12. Provide law enforcement, first responders, and school officials with proper training for active shooter situations.
13. Maximize enforcement efforts to prevent gun violence and prosecute gun crime.
14. Issue a Presidential Memorandum directing the Centers for Disease Control to research the causes and prevention of gun violence.
15. Direct the Attorney General to issue a report on the availability and most effective use of new gun safety technologies and challenge the private sector to develop innovative technologies.

Need to keep a close eye on this too....

Feinstein’s New Gun-Ban Bill Likely to be Introduced January 22

Some of the changes in Feinstein’s new bill are as follows:

Reduces, from two to one, the number of permitted external features on various firearms. The 1994 ban permitted various firearms to be manufactured only if they were assembled with no more than one feature listed in the law. Feinstein’s new bill would prohibit the manufacture of the same firearms with even one of the features.
Adopts new lists of prohibited external features. For example, whereas the 1994 ban applied to a rifle or shotgun the “pistol grip” of which “protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon,” the new bill would drastically expand the definition to include any “grip . . . or any other characteristic that can function as a grip.” Also, the new bill adds “forward grip” to the list of prohibiting features for rifles, defining it as “a grip located forward of the trigger that functions as a pistol grip.” Read literally and in conjunction with the reduction from two features to one, the new language would apply to every detachable-magazine semi-automatic rifle. At a minimum, it would, for example, ban all models of the AR-15, even those developed for compliance with California’s highly restrictive ban.
Carries hyperbole further than the 1994 ban. Feinstein’s 1994 ban listed “grenade launcher” as one of the prohibiting features for rifles. Her 2013 bill goes even further into the ridiculous, by also listing “rocket launcher.” Such devices are restricted under the National Firearms Act and, obviously, are not standard components of the firearms Feinstein wants to ban. Perhaps a subsequent Feinstein bill will add “nuclear bomb,” “particle beam weapon,” or something else equally far-fetched to the features list.
Expands the definition of “assault weapon” by including:–Three very popular rifles: The M1 Carbine (introduced in 1941 and for many years sold by the federal government to individuals involved in marksmanship competition), a model of the Ruger Mini-14, and most or all models of the SKS.–Any “semiautomatic, centerfire, or rimfire rifle that has a fixed magazine with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds,” except for tubular-magazine .22s.
–Any “semiautomatic, centerfire, or rimfire rifle that has an overall length of less than 30 inches,” any “semiautomatic handgun with a fixed magazine that has the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds,” and any semi-automatic handgun that has a threaded barrel.

Requires owners of existing “assault weapons” to register them with the federal government under the National Firearms Act (NFA). The NFA imposes a $200 transfer tax per firearm, and requires an owner to submit photographs and fingerprints to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE), to inform the BATFE of the address where the firearm will be kept, and to obtain the BATFE’s permission to transport the firearm across state lines.
Prohibits the transfer of “assault weapons.” Owners of other firearms, including those covered by the NFA, are permitted to sell them or pass them to heirs. However, under Feinstein’s new bill, “assault weapons” would remain with their current owners until their deaths, at which point they would be forfeited to the government.
Prohibits the domestic manufacture and the importation of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition. The 1994 ban allowed the importation of such magazines that were manufactured before the ban took effect. Whereas the 1994 ban protected gun owners from errant prosecution by making the government prove when a magazine was made, the new ban includes no such protection. The new ban also requires firearm dealers to certify the date of manufacture of any >10-round magazine sold, a virtually impossible task, given that virtually no magazines are stamped with their date of manufacture.
Targets handguns in defiance of the Supreme Court. The Court ruled in District of Columbia v. Heller that the Second Amendment protects the right to have handguns for self-defense, in large part on the basis of the fact handguns are the type of firearm “overwhelmingly chosen by American society for that lawful purpose.” Semi-automatic pistols, which are the most popular handguns today, are designed to use detachable magazines, and the magazines “overwhelmingly chosen” by Americans for self-defense are those that hold more than 10 rounds. Additionally, Feinstein’s list of nearly 1,000 firearms exempted by name (see next paragraph) contains not a single handgun. Sen. Feinstein advocated banning handguns before being elected to the Senate, though she carried a handgun for her own personal protection.
Contains a larger piece of window dressing than the 1994 ban. Whereas the 1994 ban included a list of approximately 600 rifles and shotguns exempted from the ban by name, the new bill’s list is increased to nearly 1,000 rifles and shotguns. But most of the guns on the list either wouldn’t be banned in the first place, or would already be exempted by other provisions. On the other hand, the list inevitably misses every model of rifle and shotgun that wasn’t being manufactured or imported in the years covered by the reference books Sen. Feinstein’s staff consulted. That means an unknown number of absolutely conventional semi-auto rifles and shotguns, many of them out of production for decades, would be banned under the draft bill.

112th CONGRESS

2d Session

H. R. 6566

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide guidance and coordination for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes.

IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES

September 28, 2012

Ms. RICHARDSON introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committee on Homeland Security, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

A BILL

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide guidance and coordination for mass fatality planning, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ‘Mass Fatality Planning and Religious Considerations Act’.

SEC. 2. FINDINGS.
Congress finds the following:

(1) Emergency preparedness often plans for how to prepare and provide for survivors of a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster, but fails to plan for how to prepare for and respond to mass fatalities that result from such an incident.

(2) Funeral homes, cemeteries, and mortuaries could be overwhelmed should mass fatalities arise from a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster.

(3) Different religions have different customs surrounding death; for example, the Jewish and Muslim religions call for burial of the deceased not later than 48 hours after death.

SEC. 3. PREPAREDNESS FOR MASS FATALITIES RESULTING FROM A NATURAL DISASTER, ACT OF TERRORISM, OR OTHER MAN-MADE DISASTER.
Section 504 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 314) is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection:

‘(c) Preparedness for Mass Fatalities- In carrying out this section, the Administrator shall provide guidance to and coordinate with appropriate individuals, including representatives from different communities, private sector businesses, non-profit organizations, and religious organizations, to prepare for and respond to a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster that results in mass fatalities.’.

EXPLANATION: This amendment above, H. R. 6566, amends this below in the Homeland Security Act of 2002 which the topic is actually Nuclear Incident Response (Section 504). "Adds a Section C to the below", which is;

‘(c) Preparedness for Mass Fatalities- In carrying out this section, the Administrator shall provide guidance to and coordinate with appropriate individuals, including representatives from different communities, private sector businesses, non-profit organizations, and religious organizations, to prepare for and respond to a natural disaster, act of terrorism, or other man-made disaster that results in mass fatalities.’.

add the above section "C" to the text of the bill below....

The text of Section 504

SEC. 504. NUCLEAR INCIDENT RESPONSE.
(a) IN GENERAL.—At the direction of the Secretary (in connection with an actual or threatened terrorist attack, major disaster,
or other emergency in the United States), the Nuclear Incident
Response Team shall operate as an organizational unit of the
Department. While so operating, the Nuclear Incident Response
Team shall be subject to the direction, authority, and control of
the Secretary.
(b) RULE OF CONSTRUCTION.—Nothing in this title shall be
construed to limit the ordinary responsibility of the Secretary of
Energy and the Administrator of the Environmental Protection
Agency for organizing, training, equipping, and utilizing their
respective entities in the Nuclear Incident Response Team, or (subject to the provisions of this title) from exercising direction,
authority, and control over them when they are not operating
as a unit of the Department.

This is a bit hard to understand, but section (c) pretty much explains it....

It's a bit disturbing to me! Especially considering it's about a nuclear catastrophe such as a terror attack/strike/disaster here in the US

I know that we know all this, but for the unitiated or visitors please read this article: Written in 1984, by Charley Reese with regular updates. Nothing changes.
http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/opinion/os-ed-charley-reese-545-people-1984-073111,0,1632525.story

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one president, and nine Supreme Court justices - 545 human beings out of 238 million- are directly, legally, morally and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. they cooperate in this common con regardless of party. What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall

Have you ever wondered why, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don't propose a federal budget. The president does. You and I don't have the constitutional authority to vote n appropriations. The House of Representatives does. You and I don't write the tax code. The Congress does. You and I don't set fiscal policy. the Congress does. You and I don't control monetary policy. The Federal Reserve Bank (http://www.orlandosentinel.com/topic/economy-business-finance/economy/economic-policy/federal-reserve-ORGOV000035.topic) does.

I exclude all of the special interest and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman or a president to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 million in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it.

No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes.

The president can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept. it. The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating appropriations and taxes. O'Neill is speaker of the House. He is the leader of the majority party. He and his fellow Democrats, not the president, can approve any budget they want. If the president vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto.

Just 545 Americans have fouled up this great nation.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 235 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted - by present facts - of incompetence and irresponsibility.

I can't think of a single domestic problem, from an unfair tax code to defense overruns, that is not traceable directly to those people.

When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise complete power over the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

Those 545 people and they alone are responsible. They and they alone have the power. they and they alone should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses - provided they have the gumption to manage their own employees

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/opinion/os-ed-charley-reese-545-people-1984-073111,0,1632525.story

My Addit: Aaron rallied the troops to hammer the politicians - make their lives miserable with constant barrage of emails, phone calls, letters - anything to get their attention and let them know we are not happy. This appears to be the most significant and efficient way to effect any change. Nothing else appears to work IMHO. If we say nothing it implies agreement and complicity.

They are the ones responsible... no-one else. We know they have NO conscience or accountability to the people. We need to change that, and once done our world will be a better place to live. IMHO

And yet we keep voting them in....what would happen if everyone decided to stay home on election day? Wouldn't this send a very strong signal that none of then are worth voting for?

It's (the master program) being played to keep the general population divided amongst themselves so the PTB don't have to worry about a "united" population here will rise against them....

Those on the wrong side of the master program so to speak are being demonized and considered, well, mentally unfit for society.

RE: Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase, "Get with the Program"!!!!

It's now more like, "Get with the program, or else"...."or else" basically meaning that you will be eliminated from the master program altogether.

When one hand signs draconian gun control legislation it becomes less relevent when the other hand is signing legislation that makes 99.9% of the population mentally unfit to own a gun anyways!

Thing is it is not "Uncle Sam" making these laws, but the International Bank driven cabal that has taken over the USA govt.

No that would not send a message that they understand. They would just take the count of who did vote and go with that.

Until we as the people of a nation understand that our voting process is corrupt we will never have the people we would like to vote for have acutal access to the voting system.

Until we are collectively willing to take down the current voting system and create a new voting order based on equity to all we will have what we have.

again, what we have is based in maintaining the delusion that we are a true democractic republic.
Until people realize and actually respond to the fact that the system of creating this democratic republic is corrupted we will get what we get and we will remain the loosers that we are.
