That's a really cool story, I might try to watch this when I can.
Roanoke, the lost colony..

have you seen Storm of the Century by Stephen King? It's kind of a weird spin off of the Roanoke mythos.
Croatan was the name of an Atlantean sorceror in that story.

in the books Croatan was an island that the settlers supposedly tried to flee to.
i am guessing their ship went down somewhere near shore.

Thanks again skywizard. The Roanoke mystery is very baffling and I look forward to reading this later, too much to do to-day!. Personally I think the most likely outcome is that they got lost and most of them starved to death, but maybe some were saved by local natives. I shall enjoy this video!
