Brighten everyone's day with good news links and short explanation. Share what others might not know but you do! If a link does not reflect your vision of good news for the world we are creating, start a new thread about it. This is meant to be an ever growing list of human progress not a discussion.

Thanks for the good news thread...here's my contribution...
After a month of 'health related problems...we..wife and I...are both much better...seems the nightmare is over..her shingles, abdominal abnormalities are ending, and I had a bout of vertigo...that has subsided . We had our first 'misery-free' day yesterday, and today is good as well...
I know this doesn't seem like much to many of you, but it's certainly GREAT NEWS to us !!

The idea of a GOOD NEWS thread deserves a 'bump'....blessings one and all.
end of line.

Lefty, sure isn't fun to go through simultaneous physical problems. I hear shingles are rough. Then of course it isn't fun to stumble around with vertigo. What a pair you two must have been for that month! Glad it is over.

My mate and I often joke that we have to take turns with our ailments and surgeries. We laugh about whose turn it is.
