It seems some people who work hard at it can be successful. But there are those who were sort of pulled into the out of body experiences without a conscious intention and motivated desire. This makes me think these people perhaps made arrangements prior to beginning this life, to ensure this would happen. Just a theory. I guess it could also be the kind of thing where they already put in the work in a prior lifetime/lifetimes and now the activity comes quite natural, like people who develop a musical talent.
