An M2.9 Solar flare has taken place around Sunspot 1112 which is located in a geoeffective position for possible earth directed CME's. A minor Radio Blackout has taken place. More to follow.

The photos are from soho or sdo, so no not without editing them. but keep in mind the spacecraft is positioned between us and the star so the crafts view is the same as ours.
