Perhaps this kind of "formula" should be the safest way to test massively new virus and transgenic food over the world.. Many lab's mice = more results to reach their dark purposes...

I have always found this a bit ironic...

I think that having more people on the planet is beneficial to the Dracos because more people=more energy.

But the PTB have their own agendas and are the ones directly managing humanity...so for them more people=more hassle.

It's a constant tug between the thirteen bloodlines who have differing agendas and the Dracos, who also have a completely separate agenda.

I think TPTB are confusion in themselves, not just with the infighting but with themselves individually as well.
They truly try to convince themselves what supposedly needs to be done with the world, when they don't even know what they want. they are so rich and so bored, that they really don't care which direction they go anymore.

Or maybe it's just my imagination.
