This is very true in summary as much of what people experience is tech from fallen civilizations and their CURRENTLY EXISTING "Break Away Civilizations (From several Cycles of Earth and Forgotten to us Human Histories!) which have a vicarious on and off again alliance with our far less spiritually evolved "Break Away's" (Yes, We have more than one! I disagree with Cobra who says the Cabal has no off world tech... It is just being quarantined at the moment).
