Fulham says that he's been given the TENTATIVE DATE (I love how he always puts it) of 10/29 that the president will make an announcement on tv at 5:30PM and then disclosure will happen with massive ships appearing at the World Series, where he says The Transcendors will land and meet the base ball players!

I received a message from Stan Fulham this morning (Saturday October 23, 2010). Stan had commented on a posting I placed on Facebook.com about an Alfred Lambremont Webre article: Exopolitics founder: ‘Oct 13 2010 NYC UFO sightings confirm Exopolitics model.’

Stan was following up on his prediction concerning October 13 and the decloaking of UFOs over major cities worldwide. And his new prediction is truly remarkable!

Stan Fulham is the retired NORAD officer who claims to have been channeling/communicating with an extraterrestrial group composed of 40,000 "dimensional souls". Stan claimed that this group conveyed the message that a fleet of UFOs would appear over "earth's principle cities" on or about October 13, 2010!

He stated that the event was "to be the first in a series intended to avert a planetary catastrophe resulting from increasing levels of carbon-dioxide in the earth's atmosphere dangerously approaching a 'critical mass'".

Many UFO experts, analysts and enthusiasts claim that Stan's predictions occurred as advertised. Indeed, the Canadian former NORAD officer seems to have hit a homerun with this prediction. Newspapers and other media outlets reported mass sightings, including photo and video proof of multiple UFOs "decloaking" over New York City. Other sightings occurred in Seattle, San Francisco, Orlando, Puerto Rico and as far away as Malaysia.

Or are we being setup once again? Are extraterrestrials really concerned about communicating with us and are they really worried about dangerous levels of carbon-dioxide in our atmosphere? If these aliens are so powerful, so technologically advanced then why would they choose to channel/communicate with average human beings rather than simply sending a message via video or audio or actually landing on the front lawn of the White House and asking to be taken to our leader?

I don't know where you will be on October 29 but I'll be watching television at 5:30 but I don't think I will be placing a wager on the baseball game.

I know. I was chuckling the entire time I was posting this. But then who knows? Although his last one wasn't quite like he predicted I wouldn't call it a complete failure either!

Oh well. I guess I'm just tired and bored and need something to look forward to. Even if it never happens. Just a glutton for punishment I guess!

Maybe one way of demonstrating that their intentions must be peaceful is for them to show playful behavior. I'm not suggesting that they're going to bring their own baseball team and challenge the winner of the series. But it's clearly a preferable venue to the White House lawn.

I must admit I've had very, very strong intuitions and dreams since about early September that US Disclosure was all a done deal, and had all been thoroughly planned by the ETs since back then. I didn't want to mention this here before now, for fear people would have thought I was out of touch with reality. (Oh, well. Done it bow.) My intuitions didn't envisage the ETs making a public landing and handshakes quite so soon, though. More like massive flyovers that no reasonable person could deny, if these lasted long enough.

This is just a portion from Wikipedia and I tried to highlight the important parts for you. But basically the CO2 levels were in a delicate balance with the earth's atmosphere, and that was BEFORE we started burning oil. Once one begins to understand this balance they will realize that we should not be burning oil.

Nope. I was wondering the same too. I have heard or read of him before but I know nothing about him. I have to get to bed but will see what I can find tomorrow. I know he mentioned something about having a Facebook page so maybe that would be a good place to start.

There is one positive information we can generate from this source.
Full UFO disclosure will not happen 29-OCT-2010.
It may in another day, but once the date is leaked it will not happen.

Beside theses disinformation items, are probes and baits for the public response.

Yeah right. The prospect is soooo american. And the second landing is gonna be in disney world? My guess is that Mr Fulhman, precisely because he was well informed, was targeted by the orion group, or STS beings who have this tactic of destroying the reputation of the messenger and creating hopelessness by giving dates that never come to pass.
Even if it would happen, the banality of them landing there and meeting the players and sharing a Coca-Cola would, for me, confirm they are STS. But of course it won't happen.

A sudden landing like that would bring the world to a collapse. They must continue with their current tactics I believe, slowly desensitizating our shock and awe. More sightings like the one of Oct 13. More people of respected opinion talking on tv.
However I sense/wish it will be soon.

I was just popping in to encourage Timewave Zero checkup on this date, I had a brief look but I would recommend someone with more direct TWZ knowledge to make an assessment. To me it looks like a "match" of sorts..

How exciting :)

Java based timewave calc attached, scanned with MS Security Essentials and reported clean. If you can run the original DOS based version of TWZ I recommended that one instead of the one attached (always go for the original, right? )

I’m sure the ETs will request the humans to specify exactly what courses they want. In the field of social sciences, in the last decade studies have proved that the whole concept of “colonization” or “aid” doesn’t work. The only thing that does work is what is known as “capacity building”. This involves the community being “helped” making all decisions regarding what projects or activities it needs to do and what priorities it needs to have. The only “help” or “saving” the community uses from outside is financial help, and expert info strictly on request.

The original prediction was for mass sightings in multiple cities on that date. It only happened in one city which is just dumb luck in my book. Then now that he almost made an accurate prediction the last time, he now believes that the ETs are going to make him famous by allowing him to be "the guy" they talk to. They are showing up because of CO2 levels? FYI to anyone who does not know. Plants can process up to 3x the quantity of CO2 in the atmosphere. That is because while they where evolving the CO2 levels where 3x higher. Threshold of CO2 levels my ass.

On Coast to Coast he revised his prediction after the fact saying " Actually several weeks ago I had the information that multiple cities would be to traumatic for humans and that they would only appear in New York".
Anybody remember him changing his prediction on his site previous to the event ??

The New York event is a spirited debate in the UFO community, the UFO Updates emails mainly talk about it on a daily basis, the fact it was actual UFO's is by no means Locked down and is still open to debate.

I received a message from someone claiming to be Stan Fulham this morning (Saturday October 23, 2010). Supposively was commenting on a posting I placed on Facebook.com about an Alfred Lambremont Webre article: Exopolitics founder: ‘Oct 13 2010 NYC UFO sightings confirm Exopolitics model.’

I believed this message, an email from Facebook.com, was in fact from Stan, who I presumed was following up on his prediction concerning October 13 and the decloaking of UFOs over major cities worldwide. And his new prediction is truly remarkable!

I emailed both Stan and Randy Kitchur Saturday and waited for confirmation or comments concerning the prediction. None were received.

Today, I received an email from Randy Kitchur stating that Stan did not have a facebook.com account and therefore could not have sent me a message about future predictions. I strongly feel that Avalon members should have a responsibility NOT to forward or promulgate fake or hokey predictions or 'channeled messages' (at a current rate of one or more a week).

We don't need this kind of nonsense in a climate of the times that could not be more serious. There ARE very critical things happening quietly in the world, and the real signals get lost in all the 'noise'.

I always wanted Avalon to be about quality rather than quantity: for people to be able to come here quickly and find a digest of good information and intelligent discussion.

To re-post any junk on YouTube or Facebook that catches our eye, thinking we're doing the members a service, might be a well-intended error of judgment. Please always use your intelligence and discrimination.

I'm no friend or fan of ATS, but the mods there immediately deleted a thread about the recent "The Agency" 'prediction' of a 'radioactive satellite' over Munich on 20 October, that was really a forecast comet - not only because it was clearly false, but because the writer urged that it 'go viral'.

They were quite correct to censor this cheap nonsense. Our collective alternative knowledge base is being deliberately infected by information of zero or negative value in the same way as our computers (or bodies!) can become infected with viruses.

The presence of the zero-value add-ons decreases our capacity to function optimally. In this case, we're rendered less able to evaluate authentic information. This is one reason why I find myself increasingly unsympathetic to hoaxes, hoaxers and other forms of knowledge devaluation, and have made some of the decisions I have made in the last year.

Indirectly related to this: please don't re-post YouTube videos with no comment, or with a simple statement like "Hey, Guys, look at this". I and many others will never watch a video unless someone tells me why I should spend the time. Please be smart and caring enough to summarize in your own words what the added value is.

Added value is what it's all about. If you're NOT adding value, then just keep reading. Though some of them are hard to find, Avalon has over 6,000 threads which contain enough good material to keep us all busy for weeks.

This is an important little statement, and I'll re-post this in a thread of its own.

Ref.: For those who remember (or not) Bob Dean talked about Chris Carter (the creator of the X-Files and "The Lone Gunmen, both excellent") and told on camera that he confronted Chris with some questions regarding specific episodes where he simply asked Chris Carter (if I remember correctly) "where do you get your intel from?" and something funny happened I think.. I should re-watch that part.
But based on personal experience I concur with Bob on his question to Chris..

I hear you, that is why I always note the dates that comes up and cross-check them to the extent I can instead of getting "hyped up" about a very relative possibility that something might happen.
(hence why I posted TWZ for people to cross-check since it has been rather accurate in the past)

But it is a tricky one that is for sure, and censoring is just as tricky, and BELIEVE ME I know what you mean. How can we ever really know? I for one do not, but I use my logic and intuition and do my homework before anything is taken for granted.. To much BS to filter one might say.

I can not think of a single reason a race, species, what-have-you, that has successfully hidden their existence from us clear back to before there was an us, would reveal itself. It makes no sense.

If they created us - if their lifespan and vision be that far, then they can simply begin again.
If they merely altered us then there is material to start over aplenty.
If this place is doomed from an external force, they're better off going elsewhere.

Wow I pretty much said the exact same thing in a different thread. We have to take responsibility for the mess and act to change what we allowed and by inaction created in our own world. Oh heck I will just go find it and repost.

1. The biggest problem is between the two party’s you go from bad to worse. There is not one person in any branch of government that I would say represents me and not their own blind ambition( Are someone else’s ambition). One of the most curious is Meg Whitman out here in California. She has spent close to 150 million dollars of her own money and for what? To steer the sinking ship of California into a different abyss than the one we are heading in to now(Sorry to divert into that but that puzzles me).The system is so corrupt that you can have all the Tea Parties or Coffee Parties you want and guess what nothing will change. The problem is the system and the ties the system has to outside entities, lobbyist and multi -national corporations( Unless you subscribe to the reptilian controller theory) that do not have your best interest at heart. You have a Government that has spiraled out of control and become big brother, and become nothing but a subsidiary of the Corporations. This country lost it Soul a long time ago and is dying a elongated death. The sad thing it is ultimately our fault, we let this happened and did not end the tyranny when we first saw it. No we were fat and happy and turned a blind eye to all the evil that was and is being done in our name. We did it out of fear, out love , out of spite but we did it and our nation soul has died because we refused to speak up and take to the streets and say not in our name. I came to a realization that I played a role in this as much as anyone… I loved cheap gas, cheap crap and I loved a nice car and a fat wallet(Which now I have none of those). I feed the system that ultimately enslaved all the people, and getting unraveled from this system is a hard and uphill battle ( Still need money to eat and to survive).

The only hope I see for this country and for the world is a spiritual awakening(Shift in consciousness), I pox on both parties houses and time for real change. Not this fake Tea Party change or Obama change. It is time for this system to collapse and for us as fellow travelers in this cosmic journey of life to take our true freedom back. No Big Brother, no more evil corporations, self determination is what we need and what our Government and Corporations fear most. A informed population is the PTB worst nightmare. See I should have seen this all coming and prepared much sooner. My Dad always warned me that the fall will come and come hard. I heard him tell me that when I 16 and I ignored him while he was preparing to exit out of the system. He was warned of this stuff back in the early 80”s and he heeded the advice and got out. People start out innocent and just trust and rely too much on 'governing bodies'. Becoming aware is the important process of being able to detect the lies
and consequently get into action and then take responsibility to clean up the mess that's already created and stop this nonsense that still adds more
mess to it.

I think lots of people (even the so called 'aware' ones) are not even close to that final stage yet. Yes, we are aware now that we were - and still are - being
lied to. We hardly can grasp an outline of the mess that's already created (forget about the oil spill, any idea how much depleted uranium we breath in daily
all over this globe ?). But WE still want our television sets, game computers, blister packaged batteries groceries from the supermarket etc. etc.
These are things that are NOT hidden from us and pass under our eyes and noses daily ... we can be very aware of it what WE contribute in a simple way to the mess.
But that's the thing they won't make you feel guilty for because you need to keep consuming to keep their game going.

And unfortunately there are not a lot of people that are really prepared to voluntarily break that chain ...
If we don't do it consciously nature will kick in and starts organizing universe in a way that only a type1 civilization could handle.

How many people will pass that filter ?

This is exactly why so many try to stay in their unaware bliss .... they think they're not responsible then.

In Germany at the end of the the 2nd world war allied troops found the concentration camps. There were villages around the camps.
The allied troops collected the villagers and showed them the camps. They asked them how they could have let that happen under
their noses. The smell and other signs must have convincingly made clear what happened ...

Their reply: "Wir haben es nicht gewusst" (We didn't know)

After the war ended people were convinced that this should never happen again ...

Well, I am sorry to say this but I think there is a BIG potential that it will happen again and this time it may even be the
Americans who will say their "Wir haben es nicht gewusst" version.

It is OUR responsibility to act NOW and make sure it will indeed never happen again !

The world population is growing fast and if foreign policies of some western countries would not have delayed the growth of other nations
(although I mention it I do not agree with it) there would even be a bigger problem. More people, more economic growth, more pollution etc.
And on top of that less and less moral values. In this environment TPTB cannot survive too ...

They may have plans to leave this planet ... but question is 1. do they really have the capability and 2. will they be allowed to leave ?

It might be that they have dug their own hole ... by not sharing the technology that could have prevented the mess they created the mess
and are now responsible. Ultimately it will get public who is responsible and they can picture a crowd with pitchforks no doubt.

They have almost no choice left ... it's either going to be a big bang release or they can try to trickle drip the truth unto the public.
Some factions may still opt for absolute domination ... an unstable construct by nature.

Very notion of Disclosure is tied to existing system of power. Official statement that we are "not alone".

If you consider that from what we know, there is continuous contact between "earthlings' and "outsiders" for all known human history. The notion of nobility and "divine blood" seems to be directly tied to it. That means, human hierarchy is direct extension of the one "outsiders' have.

Given that, what would be reason for those guys to show themselves? They have all the power and influence they have already.
Only when current situation will spin out of control there would be movement. But is that situation out of control? Don't think so. Rome fallen, structure stayed intact. That is only thing that matters. Experiment or just property, no point in disclosing anything.

Now, suppose there is another group incoming. Question is: have they same pyramidal structure? If yes, then look what happened where empires fought .. Elite changes, structure stays intact. Just as in gang wars: thugs die, turf stays. We are turf for both. Noone gains from disclosure.

The only favourable scenario for disclosure would be so called "weapon theory" - when one of the sides would use earth's population against the other. Treat it as "smart gun" .. we are programmed to rage against our enemies after all. Add some religious spin, and you have force that can do lots of damage. Blow up some important landmark , and you will have millions screaming "vengeance". All you need to creatively channel that rage, but as we see from our history, that is not that hard to do. Especially if you consider that wars are very convenient times to release black tech. Still what will be released will serve the need (war) and will strengthen structure too.

Now imagine that opposing force is not of pyramidal nature. It does not recognize our control structure - it communicates with selected individuals then. It does not have structure itself, only bunch of individuals doing what they like. Visit here, visit there. But no landing on White house lawn, and no official to make disclosure.. because anything will be happening on personal basis.

I do not agree. Think about this from a WWII perspective: If concentration- and workcamps exist in Nazi Germany then they exist everywhere?
No they generally don't. At least not in CIVILIZED countries.
When liberated by the Allies, did we put them in camps again? No we didn't!
We founded a sovereing state now called Israel. We gave them the right to earn their place anew.

It generated all kinds of other problems but at least they were given a home and the right to be free.

So people here making assumptions ET's will ALWAYS be corrupt, want to use us in some bigger plan or have a hidden agenda in some way or another just isn't true by default.
Thereby mirroring mankind to advanced spacefaring civilizations that come here to find out about us is unbelievably arrogant.
Not saying we should not be careful ! But by taking a hostile posture by default against ET's that might just want to save us from our "concentration camp" we might actually dig our own graves.

Vigilant we should be, especially with rumors about reptillians and fals flag alien invasions.

But hey , you won't be able to make friends in your neighbourhood when you expect all of them to have secret agendas and bad intentions:)
And I definately check my neighbours out when I hear gunshots. Which may exactly be the metaphorical case with our planet nowadays.

The idea they are going to come "take us away from ourselves" is kind of like picking up a cross-country hitchhiker who has no gas money... can't even feed himself - doesn't even know where he's going, or why.

To me this seems like a 'long road trip in duality'. I also tend to wonder what lot we'd draw in terms of 'earning our keep' (shoveling coal into the burners on a space ship doesn't particularly sound attractive to me ;)). I would want a long, hard look at the cruise director, myself. Then there's the big question, "Why?"

I guess I'm saying that the thing I ultimately seek lies elsewhere. That even if they seek the same thing, we only benefit from our own journey, and that if the goal is movement 'upward' then life within this universe seems limited to 'lateral movement'.

But I am reminded of a story. Season 2, episode 3 of Star Trek, TNG "Elementary My Dear Data" (http://www.startrek.com/watch_video/episode-preview-elementary-dear-data).

Due to a computer glitch, Moriarty learns there's more to 'reality' than the holo-deck. He seizes control of the ship, wants his freedom.

In the end he is tricked (and here's the point).
He winds up, a 19th century man, thrilled at his new freedom. "A ship, and a will to go where he pleases." ("Ascension/rescue" as currently sold, IMO)

Yet in fact, he is still completely contained, and traveling in a ship, in a universe, in a small canister on the shelf. It's a broader view. It's a grander scheme; but it's merely the same well-managed illusion.

So where is the fun in the same old duality, with just a change of scenery?

But you miss my point Fred. First of all I would like to experience different types of paintwork and enjoy the colours which I have not yet experienced (well not with my current memories anyway!! ha ha).

I would like to see the wonders of the Universe and the diversity of life. Experience other beings and their cultures. I would like to know the true History of Mankind. Where we are from, how we came here. Past life knowledge would be awesome.

But also to release the shackles we have tied to our legs. I want to be free. And when I say free, I mean FREE. Free of all lies, secrets, suppression of all sorts of technologies that would better mankind. Free from debt slavery. Free from any hidden knowledge that would better our lives.

At the moment our Earth is grieving. She is being raped for all sorts of minerals to benefit the greed of man, and little thought about Nature and how she will react!

I really do wish and hope that we can achieve all this with our consciousness. But they have their fingers in so many pots. Its difficult to imagine how we can master a change of this magnitude. Unless something big were to happen! We'll see. Onward and upward Fred...;)

You both bring great points for discussion, yet if we discussed between you, I fear an ever locking problem between you two. I'm partly sure you could be persuaded to talk openly and open mindedly but who knows you better than you?

Anyways, I know there are peoples out there beyond us, even if its hard for us to show the rest of the world.

Bravo!! Couldn't agree with you more. I would just add that to live it once and be done with it ... is none other than the ego's disdain for the environment (e.g. the good Earth existing with or without man). One indirect consequence is that the ego, by carrying disdain, views itself above the environment, e.g. as being more perfect than the environment. I mean, if we are vectored towards perfection, and moral beings necessarily are (indeed, morality is a method of improving ourselves) ... then we would neither stand still nor move away but, rather, move towards perfection. By seeking to move away from the environment, then what we are, in effect, doing is (1) acknowledging the environment's imperfection; (2) asserting of our own relative perfection. A bit abstract, but I offer it as food for thought.

By his writings, we can see that Fred is a moral person, e.g. vectored towards perfection. So I would hazard that he was speaking out of extreme frustration about the state of the world ... which is extremely imperfect right now, certainly well below his expectations for it. No sane person would accept the world the way it is. No intelligent person would accept the world the way it is.

In a better moment in the empty barrel bobbing on the open sea, I think Fred would agree to coming back (over and over again) to the environment - to the duality - if given new scenery. Doing otherwise would be an act of rampaging ego; of placing oneself above the environment's potential for perfection. And I don`t think Fred is doing that. Indeed, he appears to be sane, intelligent, and moral ... even tho' he looks like he might've been an extra on Easy Rider.
