UCTs and recent releases

This is a recent release pertaining to the business as usual approach to processing and identifying Uncorrelated Targets/Tracks in space, some pertain to classified satellites others remain unknown.

That file is a PDF but it has no extension. Unless someone is savvy enough (like me ;)) to add the PDF extension they will not be able to open it. Did you do that on purpose? (EDIT: This has been corrected in the OP link)

Corrected it was late at night when I did the original link so wasn't so savvy at the time....:( but now ok;)

Some of these UCTs could in fact be what we call unidentified flying objects in orbit, I am sure if their trajectory, orbital elevation and other activities would certainly fall outside classified satellite activities and other conventional space related events.
