Mysterious Dudley Dorito UFO spotted over UK skies for the third time in three years

You've heard about flying saucers - but how about a flying crisp? A UFO which resembles a popular salty snack has been spotted in the skies over Britain for the third time in as many years.

The space invader, dubbed by locals the 'Dudley Dorito', was sighted over the Midlands.

In the latest sighting of the 'extra-terrestrial tortilla chip', quality inspector Munesh Mistry, 21, spotted the triangular object in the the skies above his home in Tipton, West Midlands at around 10.15pm on Sunday.

Hitler's secret flying saucer: Did the Fuhrer plan to attack London and New York in UFOs

As Hitler's armies began to crumble on fronts as far apart as Stalingrad and North Africa, he turned in increasing desperation to his scientists to create a war-winning super-weapon.

Some, like the V2 rockets and the first jet fighters, saw action but came too late to halt defeat.

Others were so outrageously ambitious that they never got past the drawing board. The idea of building flying saucers to bomb London and even New York could have been just such a scheme.

Both articles have some good photos at the time I looked.

Excuse my ignorance but isn't that a TR3B??? The experimental craft that has been seen at area 51 among other places???

If that's the case it's not unidentified anymore. It's one of ours....

Nice find John...

That's quite the mild attempt to debunk Joseph Farrell's books on the subject. At least people are being made aware, I guess.

Hi John,

The Nazi UFO which makes it not a UFO, but a NFO (Nazi Flying Object) is being plaed in the news because of a film which was released recently about the subject. As I stated in another thread, marketing ploys are in the play here, where you write about a topic to make the person interested search for more information and come back to what you are promoting (in this case the film): http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstopics/howaboutthat/ufo/8139811/Nazi-spaceship-film-sparks-UFO-debate.html

It's clear that some promotional headlines are more blatant than others.

Best regards,

Steve

I dispute none of that.

What is good, is that certain questions get raised - like "How did NAZI scientists end up helping NASA - didn't they all get killed?"

IMO Myths, stories, even lies, so long as they start exercising peoples discernment and willingness to accept the lie, are good things.

What I particularly liked about the DM stories is that they were not the "Oh my God, we are all going to die, run for your lives, will someone please think of the children!" type stories.

Hi John,

"How did NAZI scientists end up helping NASA - didn't they all get killed?"

Pas de tout! You must read up on Operation Paperclip my good sir to see how, why and when the German scientists were spared for their knowledge.

Just to get you started and whet your appetite: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Paperclip

Best regards,

Steve

Oh I know about Operation Paperclip - I was paraphrasing the question of someone who didn't. Which is a good question for someone to ask, because one thing leads to another....

Which is why I think these stories are good, even if they are not always the absolute 100% truth.

That really does look like a serious stab at some sort of craft. TR3B eh ? Is it made by Triumph? Whatever happened to the TR7 though?

Here's an artist's impression :)

Here's the TR7

Notice the 'cool' lights on both. I think that's a sure indication both are made by Triumph.

You heard it here first folks...

I watched a documentary about world war 2 on the history channel a couple of weeks ago which went into a few lil bits regarding the capture of Nazi Soldiers and Scientists.
According to the doco there were over 380,000 POW's captured by the US and were shipped to America and Canada. This was shortly before the end of the war. So I'm assuming that the connection between the Nazi's and the US was cemented then. There have been a few reports during WW2 that the Nazi's had built anti gravity technology and were in the testing phase.

By the way, as far as I'm aware the Tr7 was one of the worst cars ever made in England. Along with the reliant Robin.... :p
