Yep, mic turned corporate, started taking "goodies and perks" from Lockheed Martin, bankers seeing the prospect of draining every resource , filtering/handling the trillions in transactions, economic discovery, that would keep them rich for centuries or more. Profiting off release or "non-release" of technology, depending on the simplicity of understanding the educated public, would make cheaper and cleaner.

Exactly why they can't drive the nation's business anymore, greed clouds their moral decision making abilities.
