I love supporting sources like this monetarily, and I have physical copies of both. Have yet to read them minus like 14 pages of his first book, but I will get around to it eventually. From what I saw he has a clear writing style that is easy to understand. Dr. Robert Duncan's(the CIA whistleblower of the TI reality) book is more technical, Dr. Hall's books seem to be more put in layman's terms anyone can understand.

I think he really hit the nail on the head when he said targeted individuals are looking for validation. When a credible doctor like this comes forward it really helps with family members who are on the fence about thinking their TI sibling/son.daughter/etc is targeted, or just crazy. I know I lost most of my friends when I started talking about telepathic contact, advanced technology tortures etc. TI's have it very hard, and this man has helped us a good bit with credibility. Much respect for Dr. Hall...

Dr. Hall is a good spokesman for victims of electronic harassment and organized stalking. He's very articulate, knowledgeable, and has a calm, intelligent demeanor. He's also quite understanding if you are able to contact him. His book "Guinea Pigs, Technologies of Control" is very readable and a good introduction to the subject of TI's and electronic harassment -- I recommend it.
