China-based hackers are suspected once again of breaking into U.S. government computer networks, and the entire federal workforce could be at risk this time.http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_GOVERNMENT_HACKED?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2015-06-05-05-10-42

Could it be the same front organization that deals with employing people into highly compartmentalized special access programs, those who did background checks on Bob Lazar, prior to being employed at Area 51...?

An opinion.
Stolen from the Department of Homeland Security. Yeh I know, doesn't become any more of an inside job then that does it. roflmao
Just before Jade Helm as well:-)
At a time when the Ukraine is plowing all its military forces forward to engage the Separatists in Donesk again, breaching the cease fire accord:-)
When the US fleet is engaging in squabbles in the South China sea:-)
And NATO is mobilising naval fleets in the Caspian:-)

Which secular group owns, controls and are masters of media technology world-wide? Israel and it's dispora. Nobody else comes close to having the backdoor access as much as Israeli Technology companies.

Anglo Dutch/Anglo Saxon Talmudic Freemasonry with its military arm, Israel et al is currently sucking the life blood out of the North America, Europe and Africa. Every single global conflict has the hallmarks of the Anglo Dutch/Anglo Saxon Talmudic Freemasonic influence steam rolling the world into another World War.

So when we are told third world nations are the culprits it cannot be anything else other than a lie. Who else would know where the software "back doors" are?

Who else would benefit from access to the records of civil servants? What possible use would they be used for?

edit:
Furthermore, China has a population close to two billion people who are heavily censored. Why would they need the records?
This is the US/Israel/NATO or PNAC in full blown war mongering. Am convinced of it.

Haha! fresh off of another post talking about REGISTERED NAMEs... This hit me the same way as the Nurses stealing Birth record info (http://projectavalon.net/forum4/showthread.php?82764-Kerry-Kicking-Some-Butt...-Interesting-Interview-with-a-Freemason&p=967589&viewfull=1#post967589), in this case it's supposedly 3rd parties infiltrating from outside... (or so the story goes... well said)

Properly interpreted, it comes up as a particularly egregious breach in terms of a failure of their "duties and obligations" as trustees of that information... technically yes, it could be said they are laying the groundwork for creating the justifications required to take retaliatory measures as punishment if necessary, by definition... trust can't fail... of course the Chinese will be asking for proof... and we know how this whole "tit for tat" routine goes...

When this data theft is portrayed in isolation, as had been done by MSM, it appears there is some sort of "computer" war being raised between nations. Yet the whole data infrastructure is merely a subset of a far larger event emerging before our very eyes.

We are already in World War III. It has already started.

Pope Francis nails it with this comment:
Pope Francis believes World War now being fought piecemeal (http://rt.com/news/265486-pope-francis-sarajevo-bosnia/)

"Pope Francis has attacked what he called “the atmosphere of war,” which he believes is hampering the world. He also attacked those profiteering from war and those engaging in arms sales . . . "
