Using the images taken from both the MOC camera and MRO HiRISE camara of the famous face at Cydonia, I was able to create a stereo image of the Mensa in 3D anaglyph and then produced this video starting from the base then careening across the peak and down the far side, stopping at a very interesting ridgeline with some impressive structures. 3D glasses required though

There is also one very amazing feature on the right side of the face and I was wondering if anyone catches it?

Video played at 1080i - https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B--tam0uh-oicW8xS0FUZXJ6anc/view?usp=sharing

In the video timestamp 3.0, we land on a ridgeline around 8 to 10 meters across but something has happened!

Below are two images of the same area. In the right hand image which was taken by the Mars Global Surveyor in 1998, we see a defined structure along the ridge.

In the left hand image, taken by the Mars Reconnaissance orbiter or MRO in April of 2007, we see an entirely different landform as if the area has been "destroyed".

Why and what could have been responsible for this destruction in this nearly 10 year period?
