Isn't the Majestic 12 actually the group with the most power, if they are the ones that have control of the technology and whether there is disclosure?

Recently there was a 12 part video posted on Avalon, and at 46:03 in part 12 below it was discussed that Dan Burisch convinced the Majestic 12 to vote on whether there would be disclosure. They voted for disclosure and tasked Dan with letting the public know what is going on.

If they really want disclosure, releasing pictures of the clean sphere, bays with alien craft, and aliens might be a good next step.
