The International Court of Justice, in Den Haag, Netherlands turns 70.
It was supposedly created in order to settle conflicts between countries.
Either they don't have the proper knowledge/tools to effectively carry out this task - why would they otherwise permit wars in Irak and Iran - unless they are controlled by those who also control politics and other such debacle.
