Always enjoyed listening to Stanton...

I've always enjoyed listening to Stanton Friedman, though I do think he's been a bit harsh on Bob Lazar.

Re-posting this great speech by Stanton Friedman:

Senator Mike Gravel asks: "Why do we need this [ET] secrecy?"
KsTa9mn-ci4
Stanton Friedman answers in six parts:

1. The US wanted to reverse engineer ET tech in order to ensure military dominance.
2. Governments do not want to share this sensitive information with their enemies.
3. Governments do not want their enemies to know that they have this advanced technology.
4. ET Disclosure would unite the younger generations to push for a Earthling orientation in which we shift our allegiance to the planet instead of a particular government. No government wants to see a decline in nationalism.
5. ET Disclosure conflicts with many theological teachings.
6. Military aircraft have been lost in 'conflicts' with ET vehicles. Governments do not want to seem powerless when it comes to managing the security of their air space.
