Solar activity has been low with a few C-Class flares taking place within the past 72 hours. On Tuesday a long duration C-Class flare produced a nice CME off the northwestern section of the sun. This blast was not earth directed. On Wednesday, a C5.3 flare took place around the magnetic place area numbered 1135. Currently only Sunspot 1133 remains visible on the earth facing side of the sun and this region will soon rotate onto the western limb.
