Is to die.
Philosophical, the only way to die is to die.
I ask for the opening of a phylosophical section, beyond and within, as a mental opening.
All sections swim in philosophy.

Ne te comprend pas.
On a besoin d'une place de forum en suivant la mode de Voltaire, Schopenhauer, Heraclitus, Konfutze...?

That's all folks, understanding each other's, between translations and interpretations of meanings. I don't care about Voltaire he is out like many. Philosophy lead to multi-complicated turns of earing.
Like a place where words sound's like light, or heart beatings.
EDIT : Philosophy is not necessarily spirituality.

There are two ways to physically die.
A) Fall into unconsciousness. This is like when you fall asleep at night. One moment you're aware and the next you're not and either start dreaming or wake up after a nights rest. Most people will die this way.
B) Remain conscious through the process. This is like learning how to do the out-of-body-experience. You never fall asleep but make the conscious transition into the next state beyond physical death. Most spiritual sages say this is the best way to die.

So many ways to die and in dying, while alive, so many ways to live. The more I die while alive, the more alive I am.
I hold on to the experience and let it go. I humble myself to all and then...instantaneously, vigorously take the energetic path to living within the entirety of the experience. I am not I AM. I release myself from the path to see the path clearly.
Expansion. Contraction. Meditation. Move on. Walk into death with the power of living.
I leave words on pages and expect nothing in return until others give as I have given....and in return I smile.
I have found others, a few in number, doing the same and we engage the monsters of humanity the same way. Our dance is humorous and deeply detailed in sharing the truths we see.
The You I see may have only a thought to go to release itself from holding onto and limiting your awareness....or it may never happen in the shell of a body you hold onto. Either way I'll be doing the last set of dishes and hanging up the laundry, taking out the last trash....

Once more... This thread is not really about death but philosophy. The love of wisdom. And I don't find a philosophy section in the Avalon menu. Maybe there is one, so I am a little blind. :)

Sometimes the only way to get out of something is go through it. So I would say that the only way to die is to live. Death is a final expression of the life cycle, or as sages have asserted for eons, the beginning of a new cycle. Either way, I say express yourself and enjoy the ride, as none of us are getting out of here alive.....x..... N

No, there is not a philosophy section in the forum that I see.
But if we say philos (love) of Sophia (wisdom goddess), is it not spiritual? I believe they may be the same. Turning the mind away from instinct and selfish interest, towards greater knowledge and understanding, I think this is philosophy and spirituality at the same time.
One could argue, some schools of spirituality promote "revealed" teachings instead of reason, which would be a weakness of something that is only spiritual, and not philosophical. Similarly, the "materialist" philosophers may have their weakness in denying spirit.

To me it is two really different worlds, Philosophy try to find a way of living with what is and spirituality with within (and God an so on...), spirituality is a part of philosophy.

Your body need to breath, but this is not the question. I ask about philosophy. Death is just a trick to this thread.

To be progressing/evolving in mind/consciousness is to die every second,
if we didn't we would be truly dead!
To die in the material/body (body; well that's just a container to be here in material form) is just leaving the material container, we are here in other none-material ways as well, so not dead!

Oh, can I suggest Guyres, that you could perhaps elaborate some more about what it is you're wanting to discuss so as to give us, the readers, a better "feel" for this thread
