For sure...energy flows where attention goes...

We're in a freewill reality and in such a place all is permissible but not all is beneficial.

Much of what is discussed on Avalon is comspiracy stuff or large scale social events, politics, etc. And these things are generally negative by nature.

It's ok to delve into negative stuff because positive change can only happen once we realize there is a problem that needs addressing or fixing. But there's a serious problem in that many things that capture people's attention are virtually beyond their ability to do anything about. So groups/collectively-targeted endeavors are formed in hopes to affect change. Yet this takes time and is often frustrating or ineffective so negative feelings are rarely resolved.

For me ultimately the self is the most important and only real thing you can change because no one really wants you messing with their self. In other words, everyone wants to fix and deal with their self. But life is full of people getting into everyone's else's business or trying to take or use others power.

So if you want positive then do the things that you can do for yourself (all aspects of what makes you, you) and be successful at (in other words clean your own backyard and let others see your yard and be inspired to work on theirs, because no one can feel good about themselves if others keep cleaning their yard and they don't).

I don't know how many of you are Reddit fans, but I highly suggest adding the site to your rotation of daily visited websites... it's an excellent resource for learning and finding information, I talk a bit about it here with a former PA member.

I think I know how it works. If we keep seeing positive things our subconscious begin to think that its the norm and we start doing positive things automatically. just like TV in the opposite.
