Cyclops humans are a real thing as well (cyclopia)-- though they do not live past birth usually (most often aborted). It is pretty major genetic defect actually and likely comes with a host of complications.

Pretty odd to see that goat live that long with the condition though ... you can see other parts of his face is a bit messed up too. I don't think it will live long.
