...which they know is total hogwash and nothing more than a power and money grab...which makes me wonder what the REAL purpose is.

This was first published last year, (and posted here) and since then the CFR has said nothing about whether or not anyone is actually geo-engineering. In this address, Brennan is speaking as a fan of the idea of geo-engineering, but he is NOT admitting that it is actually happening. He's inviting discussion, of course. (Such misleading overlays as this yellow lettering are infuriating.) So it's good for a 'heads up', but he's saying nothing concrete or incriminating - leaving lots of room for denial. In the back rooms, though ... :heh:
