It's very hard to imagine that our government would be willing to stage a fake
terrorist attack in order to go to war with another country. Well, it's not that hard
to imagine when you realize that back in the 1960s our government was ready to
pull off a 9/11 type event in order to attack Cuba.

In his exposé of the National Security Agency entitled Body of Secrets, author
James Bamford highlights a set of proposals on Cuba by the Joint Chiefs of Staff
codenamed OPERATION NORTHWOODS.

This document, titled "Justification for U.S. Military Intervention in Cuba" was
provided by the JCS to Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara on March 13, 1962,
as the key component of Northwoods. Written in response to a request from the
Chief of the Cuba Project, Col. Edward Lansdale, the Top Secret memorandum
describes U.S. plans to covertly engineer various pretexts that would justify a U.S.
invasion of Cuba.

These proposals - part of a secret anti-Castro program known as Operation
Mongoose - included staging the assassinations of Cubans living in the United
States, developing a fake "Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in
other Florida cities and even in Washington," including "sinking a boatload of Cuban
refugees (real or simulated)," faking a Cuban airforce attack on a civilian jetliner,
and concocting a "Remember the Maine" incident by blowing up a U.S. ship in
Cuban waters and then blaming the incident on Cuban sabotage.

Bamford himself writes that Operation Northwoods "may be the most corrupt plan
ever created by the U.S. government."

Cheers Cider! Just the thought of getting a look at these documents (particularly the E Howard Hunt ones) is a fascinating and tantalizing prospect. But a suspicious/cynical mind is already asking the following questions:

Will Trump actually have the nerve to defy the CIA and release the documents?
If Trump decides to release, will he have the power - the office - to ultimately do so when push comes to shove?
If Trump decides to release, what eleventh hour, last minute ruse, ploy, obstacle (or threat) will the CIA throw at him to block it?
To what degree will any release be covered (and in what light) by the main stream media?
If all the documents do get released, how many will be genuine?
How many will be "cooked up" to protect certain interests behind the scenes (ie deep state)?
How many will be selectively missing (because the most important ones were destroyed long ago)?
How many will conveniently follow the Warren Commission narrative after all?
How many will be utterly redacted in swathes of black ink?

related to President John F. Kennedy’s assassination held by the National
Archives and Records Administration. But who cares? You'll never know or
learn anything. Period. That was 54 years ago and those folks are long dead
and gone. It would be different today with camera phones.

Corbett proposes the plausible theory that when these documents were originally sealed and archived, they were already deliberately seeded with fake evidence implicating Russian/Communist involvement. In other words, if they ever came to light, there was a scapegoat, and a safety exit, a trap door, for the 'real perpetrators' to escape through. This release could be part of a drive to embarrass Russia, and further tarnish relations.

We'll soon see (if they are released) what if any links there are to Russia. Personally, I will have strong doubts of their authenticity.

I have difficulty believing there was any Russian involvement, or Cuban for that matter. Would make zero sense for them to kill JFK (to be instantly replaced with Johnson) - Kennedy was their best bet for harmonious relations, he was branded 'soft' on Communism even by his own party. LBJ on the other hand was a staunch hardliner. They'd be swapping a good hand for a bad hand.

I agree with your assessment and will be surprised if something comes from this
but there may be some dots to connect or confirm the odd theory. In the CNN piece
above # 7 they started the CIA distraction by focusing on Mexico and mentioning
Cuba and Russia just to put it in the public arena.These connect to 'Russia gate'
and the US embassy staff getting ill story in Cuba ...

It's on record "allegedly," that shortly after DA Jim Garrison passed away (1992), when Harry (Joseph) Connick Snr (yep, Dad of the famous singer & also a DA), took over the case in 1973 - four of the five filing cabinets on the JFK case were missing!

If true, whatever is "left" is unlikely to be the "good stuff".

Might be time to put Daddy Bush on the stand with a lie detector plugged in... and a few thousand volts to go ... ;)

In dark journalist's recent episode he runs a tape of an interview with the watergate lawyer who was friends of hunt, who told him that the watergate break-in was targeting the recovery of evidence of the cia conspiracy in the assasination of jfk, which the cia thought were kept at the democratic party's national committee's offices. What President Tumps Tweet has done is put pressure on the FBI
Though they still have time to block on National security reasons .

I doubt if anything will come of it as sensitive material will be
redacted and any real proof destroyed years ago. But it does
show Trump is trying to keep to promises and touch with his base

This is way more than the release of the JFK assassination imo. President Trump is opening the door to an amazing cover-up and perhaps more secrets later revealed that were kept secret by the deep state. They have been on the attack since the beginning of this Presidency and for that reason alone this President continues to show us the real enemy and is for the people. I hope Trump visits area 51 and learns of the black projects like free energy devices and also determines the world is ready to know about ET.

This brings up a question for me that I hope someone can answer. Somewhere along the line I read from what I remember to be a good source saying the president is not allowed on or in Area 51. Is this true?

Also, is it true Dwight D Eisenhower was refused entrance to Area 51, so he threatened to go in with the first Army?

I thought I read that the president couldn't go to places like Dulce base either.

Can anyone clear this up for me?

Well we know the CIA coined the term conspiracy theorist but this is one of the
worst ....It was those Russkies....Perfect from the CIA point of view though.

Surprise Surprise former CIA James Woolsey brings up a book by a Romanian head
of intelligence that said all the eastern block countries at the time thought it was
planned by Nikita Chrushev who had Oswald trained but changed his mind , but
Oswald did it anyway. At least he agrees the files should be released so there
cannot be much in them. He also says Ruby was ordered to kill Oswald by the KGB

As far as I know, the Eisenhower story is true. He did not know of area 51 when he became president. He found out and ordered the people in the know to tell him and show him about area 51. The answer came back that he did not have a need to know so he was not going to be told. He became so incensed that he called the First army in Colorado and told them to stand by. He then called the CIA and demanded to be shown area 51 or he would take the base over with the first army. The CIA showed him the base. Now that is some very heavy duty power brokering there!

I believe this story was corroborated in an interview Richard Dolan conducted with a terminally ill, retired cia agent. This agent had been dispatched by Eisenhauer to area 51 after the black ops buggers buckled under Ike's threats. Interestingly, this agent indicated that he saw the craft of an alien, as well as some dead (and possibly alive) aliens during that visit. When Ike was informed of the situation, he became very worried and grave, and instructed that the whole matter should be kept secret. The agent didnt indicate that Eisenhauer ever went to area 51, however.

And the result of this secrecy is that we are stuck with our current murderous, treacherous deep state.

The national security threat they are concerned about is not from our so called international counterparts, but rather from the national population. It is from we the people that they want to continue to hide and control the information. Other nations know what has been and is being withheld from us and they do not intent to act on it in ways that they have not already employed.

But, in order to continue the controlled destruction of this country in accordance with the programs in place and being carried out, they must maintain and excercuse control. This seems to be where we're at now.

And again, this seems to be where we're at now.

I won't be holding my breath waiting for documents of any real substance to come out.

A reporter for the Cambridge Evening News received a call telling him to ring the
US embassy for “big news” just 25 minutes before John F. Kennedy was shot dead.
The revelation emerged in fresh documents released by the US government on
Thursday night. According to the memo, police reported the call to the British
intelligence service. Britain’s domestic intelligence agency MI5 then is understood
to have pledged to support “in every way possible” any investigation in the UK
relating to Kennedy’s murder.

The memo, signed by CIA deputy director James Angleton, reads: “The caller said
only that the Cambridge News reporter should call the American Embassy in
London for some big news and then hung up.

“After the word of the President’s death was received the reporter informed the
Cambridge police of the anonymous call and the police informed MI5.

I heard Vladimir Putin say something a couple weeks ago that all presidents like, Obama and Trump go in wanting to make these positive and necessary changes. After an American president enters office, Putin went on to explain how they are approached by Men in Black suits with black ties or navy blue ties and it's back to the same old agenda. Vladimir's statement is starting to carry more weight with me because I wasn't entirely convinced that Hillary wouldn't be in jail by now. He said a lot of other things that led me to believe he had a pretty accurate bead on things and would LEAD the Free World into a beginning if not more. FBI concerned about conspiracy theories

In a memo written the day Oswald was killed, FBI director J Edgar Hoover
expressed concern about the spread of conspiracy theories.

"The thing I am concerned about is having something issued so that we can
convince the public that Oswald is the real assassin," he said.

Oswald spoke to a KGB officer

A memo from the CIA, based on an intercepted phone call, suggests Oswald spoke
with a KGB officer at the Russian embassy in Mexico City.It says that on 28
September 1963 he spoke with Valery Vladimirovich Kostikov, an "identified KGB
officer" who worked for a department "responsible for sabotage and assassination".
Oswald later called the embassy and, in "broken Russian", asked if there
was "anything new concerning the telegram to Washington".

A letter on 7 July 1964 from the bureau to the younger Kennedy said the
paperback, The Strange Death of Marilyn Monroe, would allege he had "an intimate
relationship with Miss Monroe".

Marilyn Monroe died at the age of 36 in Los Angeles in August 1962 from a
barbiturate overdose.Monroe died at the age of 36 in Los Angeles in 1962
According to the FBI, the author would suggest the film star "was led to believe his
intentions were serious" and that RFK had promised to divorce his wife and marry
the sex symbol.But when he refused to do so, Monroe "threatened to expose their
relationship" and ruin his presidential ambitions.

The FBI said the book would allege that RFK took "drastic action" by plotting to
have Monroe killed and make it look like a suicide.The letter advised RFK the book
would also allege he was at her apartment on the night of her death.Agents wrote
that RFK "was actually in San Francisco with his wife at the time Marilyn Monroe
committed suicide".The actress died at the age of 36 in Los Angeles in August 1962
from a barbiturate overdose, according to the city coroner's office.

Private detectives tried to spy on Kennedy

An FBI memo from before Kennedy was elected president describes attempts by a
private detective to spy on the then senator.It says a "high priced Hollywood call
girl" told FBI agents that private detective Fred Otash had contacted her to ask
about Senator Kennedy's involvement in "sex parties".

JFK's bodyguard explains to Radio 4's Today how he 'was just a few steps short' of
saving the presidentThe private detective also suggested equipping the woman
with "a recording device" to take down any "indiscreet statements" from Senator
Kennedy. She refused, and said she was unaware of any "indiscretions".

British paper received an anonymous call

One memo describes how a British local newspaper, the Cambridge News, received
an anonymous call about "some big news" in the US, just 25 minutes before the
assassination."The caller said only that the Cambridge News reporter should call

A copy of the memo was released by the National Archives in the US in July, but
had gone unreported.

That pretty much sums it up , most of the guests on mainstream clips are firmly behind the official
story of 'lone nut Oswald' so the cover up has succeeded from that point of view. They were caught
out by Trump as the Deep state which has controlled the FBI and CIA at the top including rogue

'The murder of Lee Harvey Oswald could have been prevented after the FBI were
warned of his impending death - but Dallas police failed to protect him, it has emerged.

Nearly 3,000 documents related to JFK's shooting have been declassified by The White
House, among them remarks made by then-FBI boss J Edgar Hoover the day Oswald died.

According to Hoover, the FBI were contacted by a man who said a 'committee' was plotting
to kill Oswald, who had been arrested for killing the president; the feds then told police in
Dallas to protect the presidential assassin. Instead, Oswald was walked out in front of a
crowd, cameras - and local nightclub owner Jack Ruby, who marched out and shot him dead.

I realize that this is about as old and tired a subject as I can choose this day but nonetheless--we are going to present it again. I apologize for the lack of ability to present colored photos to you but it is not worth the confusion and expense just to prove a "hand" in the firing position. I have told you that the driver of Kennedy's limo also shot the President. This has been discounted, actually by one I fully respect, Col. Gritz. However, he is incorrect, the driver, William Greer, was one of the shooters and actually blasted him with the final fatal shot--he had already been hit fatally by E. Howard Hunt from the "grassy knoll". At any rate let us look at the scenario as presented to us in the San Luis Obispo material from R.R.

At 12:30 PM, on Nov. 22, 1963, Abraham Zapruder stood on the concrete platform in Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas with his Bell Howell Super 8 movie camera hoping to get a good film clip of the presidential motorcade as it drove through the plaza. What he filmed should have been the most important photography in the history of the world. What he filmed was not only the assassination of the President of the United States, but one of the assassins as well.

Zapruder and his secretary hurried to the CBS-TV affiliate with the camera and film, where a price was agreed upon and the film was turned over to the TV station. The film was given to the photography lab technician, who proceeded to develop the film. The film clip was aired, probably only once, about 10 to 15 hours after it was exposed.

Anyone who saw THAT clip (and there were many) could see that the president was shot from the front and not from the rear as the Warren Commission stated. I concluded that the shot came from the front seat of the limousine and the secret service agent! Over the next 25 years, I met and talked with several persons who SAW the silver .45 caliber Colt automatic pistol in the hand of secret service agent William Greer!

The FBI and the Secret Service immediately descended upon the TV station. The lab technician showed the film for them and it was confiscated and ordered not to be aired. The government insisted that the Zapruder film was never shown publicly until 1972. The government lied. (Yeah, it does that sometimes.)

Between 12:30 PM and that first showing there was only time to develop the film. There wasn't time to alter the film. The FBI, CIA, and the Secret Service didn't even know the TV station had it until they saw it on the air. The personnel at the TV station didn't even know that Greer was on that film clip!

Except for one! A reporter for the station was "on the Scene" at the assassination site. He knew exactly what happened and so did several innocent bystanders. The innocent bystanders had incredibly short lives after that day. The reporter used his knowledge to bribe his way into an executive position and anchorman spot with CBS at a national level. His name was DAN RATHER!

25 years later on CNN-TV, Larry King was doing a 25th Anniversary special call-in program on the President Kennedy assassination. The subject was "What is your most vivid recollection of November 22, 1963?" The caller identified himself as the lab technician who developed the Zapruder film that day. He said that the FBI and the Secret Service came to the station that night and asked to see the film clip. On CNN, he said, "I will never forget the look of ghastly horror on their faces when they saw the president's head explode." Bull****! They were there and saw it in person! The look of "ghastly horror" was because they saw that their own William Greer was caught in the act of murdering the president. Greer's action is not really obvious and requires that the viewer concentrate on Greer and not on Kennedy. Even the lab technician missed it!

Also 25 years later--November 1988--Life magazine did an anniversary special on the Kennedy assassination. In the magazine were many clear, large photos from that day 25 years earlier. They obviously came from a perfect unboogered Zapruder film. Time-Life owns the rights to the Zapruder film.

One of the photos shows the presidential limousine coming down Elm Street in Dealey Plaza. The limo has just come from behind the Stemmons Freeway sign. President Kennedy has been wounded in the throat by a bullet fired from the grassy knoll. The bullet allegedly passed through the sign. The sign was removed the next day!

There is something terribly wrong in that photo. In that clear, good-quality photo, the windshield of the limo is all blacked out! Whoever did that sure did a sloppy job because the blackened area does not even follow the edge of the glass very well. What does that blackened windshield hide?

If you refer to the Zapruder tape "Dallas Revisited" on "The Walter Cronkite Nova Special", you will see down against the drivers door, in his left hand, the silver .45 pistol of William Greer!

JACKIE WAS FLEEING PISTOL

Jacqueline Kennedy's reaction to the shooting was the exact, normal, logical reaction of a person who was looking down the barrel of a .45 pistol. A pistol that had just gone off and splattered her husband's blood and brains all over her. She moved out in the opposite direction--out across the trunk of the car. Ask any combat veteran. If she was trying to avoid rifle bullets from the surrounding buildings, she would have dived to the floor. She was not trying to retrieve a part of her husband's brain as some idiot has suggested. [H: No, she was not "trying" to grab a part of the brain but when she got out on the trunk of the vehicle, there lay a part of the skull with brain still attached and she sure as heck grabbed it and retained it with her for the next several hours--which about did everyone in the "plan" into a state of pure panic while trying to get it away from her through any hook or crook method they could--finally they physically extracted it from her.]

A famous ex-race-car driver operates a driving school for aspiring race-car drivers in Southern California. As a sideline, he also teaches defensive driving for chauffeurs whose employers lives might be in danger. The basic rule to follow when someone is shooting at your car, is the same as the normal logical reaction--step on the gas and get the hell out of there!

In Dealey Plaza, on November 22, 1963, the Number One, Top Gun Chauffeur of the United States of America did just the opposite. He braked the car to an almost complete stop! This alone is proof of complicity in the murder. Since the riflemen surrounding the car all screwed up, he wanted them to have a second chance. When they still didn't get the job done, Greer, as back-up man, did his own thing with the .45 pistol.

Several researchers believe that another bullet from the grassy knoll struck Kennedy at exactly the same instant as the .45 bullet. This is a reasonable, logical possibility.

Within a few days, the limousine was dismantled and scrapped. What evidence was destroyed by that act? What story would an autopsy on the bullet holes in the car disclose? [H: Would this be classified as obstruction or destruction of justice and evidence if YOU did such a thing?]

William Greer braked the Lincoln limousine so abruptly that the Cadillac carrying the Secret Service men almost ran into the Lincoln. Many frames were removed from the public version of the Zapruder film that there is an illusion of continuous motion.

However, the Nix film clearly shows the limo almost completely stopped. Clint Hill, who was on the running board of the Cadillac was thrown off and fell on his butt behind the limo. He later testified at the Warren Commission, "Sounded like a .45 went off inside the limo." As he scrambled up on the trunk of the limo, he met Jackie trying to exit the car--escaping from Greer. He pushed her back into the seat as Greer accelerated the car and rode spread-eagle, on the trunk, clinging to the handholds to Parkland Hospital.

It was never intended that President Kennedy's body go to Parkland Hospital. His dead body was supposed to go directly to the presidential airplane and directly to Washington. Governor Connally, sitting directly in front of Kennedy was wounded by two of the rifle bullets. He yelled out "Oh! My God! THEY are going to kill us all!" Since Connally was only wounded it was decided to drop him off at Parkland. At the Warren Commission, he started to testify, "I saw"--then changed his statement to "I felt" the blast from the bullets. Of course he "saw" and "felt". He was lying across the middle jump seat in the limo and his face was only inches below the .45 in Greer's hand.

CONNALLY/HUNT SCHEME

There is speculation that Connally was also an intended victim of the assassination plot. He allegedly was involved in a financial plan with the Hunt brothers that would have destroyed "The New World Order". (But that's another story--"The Story of Jonathan May".)

Since Parkland Hospital was not a scheduled stop in the plan, the doctors and medical personnel in the emergency room were taken completely by surprise. Their preliminary examination of the president's wounds were quite different than the "official" version. Several doctors had very short lives after that day.

Dr. Robert McClellan's report stated, "The bullet entered the left temple and blew out a three inch chunk of the lower right occipital bone." If you draw a line through Kennedy's head from the lower right occipital through the left temple (in frame 313 of the Zapruder film) the line goes directly to the .45 in Greer's left hand.

The "official" autopsy states that the back of Kennedy's head was intact and no bones were missing. McClellan said, "How can that be? I had the piece of occipital bone right in my hand." A young boy had found the piece of Kennedy's head in Dealey Plaza and brought it in to the hospital. [H: Hum-m-n-n, the first DNA replica was shown on Salt Lake TV when? In the 50's? Could it be that the Kennedy always "subsequently" featured as a part of the assassination was already waiting--with an empty skull from which the "brain" was missing and forever lost--never found!!?? Is it more ridiculous than all the other lies of zig-zag bullets and one shooter? Please, chelas--use your heads for you should be better sleuths by this time in your studies! Actually, duplicates had been around for a long time by the time Kennedy was executed (murdered).]

After seeing the Zapruder film, which was shown on TV shortly after the assassination, I told a friend that Kennedy was shot from the front, not from the rear. The next day (Sunday), she talked on the phone with her brother in Washington, D.C. He worked at the Office of NAVAL INTELLIGENCE. She told him what I had told her--about the shot coming from the front. After a pause, he said this, "Sis, I can't tell you what really happened, but if the American people knew what was going on, they'd be panicking in the streets." This confirmed my first conclusion about the front shot.

Why was ONI (Office of Naval Intelligence) even involved with the investigation at all?

Maybe it's connected to this:

1941: US Navy recovers their first crashed alien craft in the ocean west of San Diego - six years before the infamous "Roswell" crash. Alien craft and bodies taken to Wright-Patterson AFB for study. (US Navy has held a leadership position in UFO matters since).

1949: Secretary James Forrestal becomes disenchanted with alien "cover-up" situation and voices his concerns to Truman. Within one month, Forrestal's diaries are confiscated and he "falls" to his death from the 16th story window of Bethesda Naval Hospital.

Respectfully Bill, the only thing I believe that was solidly debunked was "sun reflecting off Agent Kellerman's Brylcreemed hair" was not a gun (which didn't prove Greer was innocent... Greer partly falsified his statement in the Warren Commission, claiming he turned after JFK was shot (which shot?) - Greer is looking over his shoulder at JFK when the fatal shot(s) from the front strike). All of the Zapruder footage in the public domain has been seriously "boogered", particularly the more recent "enhanced" versions ;).

The documents state that the surgeon-general's autopsy report was suppressed, and that JFK was shot through the throat through the limo windshield from the front.... and by more than one gunman: from the Grassy Knoll, and from the overpass. They state that LBJ was in the Klu Klux Klan — and that Hitler was still alive in Argentina (there is a photograph).

Frank Anthony Sturgis (December 9, 1924 – December 4, 1993), born Frank Angelo Fiorini, was one of the five Watergate burglars whose capture led to the end of the Presidency of Richard Nixon. He served in several branches of the United States military and in the Cuban Revolution of 1958, and worked as an undercover operative.

In September 1977, Marita Lorenz told Paul Meskil of the New York Daily News that she met Oswald in the fall of 1963 at an Operation 40 safe house in the Little Havana section of Miami. According to Lorenz, she met him again before the Kennedy assassination in 1963 in the house of Orlando Bosch, with Sturgis, Pedro Luis Díaz Lanz, and two other Cubans present. She said the men studied Dallas street maps and that she suspected that they were planning on raiding an arsenal. Lorenz stated that she joined the men traveling to Dallas in two cars and carrying "rifles and scopes", but flew back to Miami the day after they arrived.

Here's the problem with the recently "enhanced" & stabilised versions of the Zapruder footage (which doesn't take into account the frames which have been "allegedly" clipped out from the original, eg the point where the limo comes to a complete stop). Nor is there irrefutable proof that the enhanced version(s) were created with the actual original.

When it's bouncing around and playing back at a jittery 18 frames per second, the infamous Zapruder footage of John F. Kennedy's assassination feels almost unreal. But when it's stabilised with additional interpolated frames bringing it to a steady 30 frames per second (like we're used to seeing on TV) it suddenly becomes much more real.

With computer-generated in-between frames, you'll want to take this particular footage with a grain of salt...

Those familiar with Photoshop, know the term, "interpolation" :). As it applies to photography or images:

Resampling means you're changing the pixel dimensions of an image. When you downsample, you're eliminating pixels and therefore deleting information and detail from your image. When you upsample, you're adding pixels. Photoshop adds these pixels by using interpolation. This also allows for the very real possibility of further "boogering" (ie details added, removed or altered). Just one second of normal film is 24-30 frames depending on the format, or 18 frames in the original. You can do a LOT with 18 frames. ;)

SIDENOTE: BTW, The "driver theory" didn't originate with Bill Cooper; Cooper went live with Lear in 1989 on KLAS TV with the same assertion and a few of his own (& video to follow of debatable quality) & published Behold A Pale Horse in 1991, repeating the claim. The Driver Theory surfaced earlier. ;)

It's of huge importance to note the bullet hole in the windscreen (shield) evidence. It's something I had honestly forgotten about. It's one of the things that's been largely lost in the clutter through the years. It should be brought to mind once again, because there's lots of testimony for it - and it is explicit: the shot came from the front into the car. That fact alone destroys the lone gunman theory.

I don't think it's him. But that doesn't rule out Bush having some part to play. In 1963, Bush (officially) was president of the Zapata Offshore (oil) Company. At this time he had no, again official, ties to any intelligence service, and his political career didn't begin until 1964. It wasn't until 1976 when Bush headed the CIA that he officially became a CIA man.

We know that is false. There are three pieces of contradictory evidence to the official bio of him. What I am concerned about is the remaining files that Trump gave the CIA 180 more days to hide from people.

Yes, he should be praised for allowing what has already been released, but not forcing all of them out now was a mistake.

"Oh, but then if they space them out it wont get lost in the flood" You will say.

And that is why we abolished the NSA after snowden and his similiar style of letting the guardian slow leak those documents so Glenn Greenwald could create his own outfit with Paul Omlyier. Intercept wouldnt exist without those leaks. And having a monopoly on the documents instead of letting the whole world see the whole truth, we have the status quo not only upheld but now accepted as what is.

If you said the NSA was listening to everything and recording everything they wanted, you were crazy. Now after Snowden, they say "Of course they do, we know but terrorism so I guess it is ok". It is maddening to watch things like this be normalized.

You can not give ANY reason for withholding the documents till this long and then giving an extension. I would argue that you can not make a decent argument for keeping them classified this long or at all in the first place but that is a longer deal so I will leave it. Trump letting them have those 180 should anger all of you. Of course it will affect living people, IT SHOULD. That is like saying we cant release the documents cause Jimmy Saville is still alive and it might affect him. IT SHOULD AFFECT HIM! Just like whatever they are still hiding for 180 should affect whomever for their role in what happened, whatever side they fall on.

Im very happy we got what we got, but we are far too quick to be happy with under-performance by our so called heroes.

But you're assuming that the President (any President!) has total power over the actions of the CIA. It's not like he's got these documents sitting there on his desk in the Oval Office.

The conversation may just possibly have gone a little like this:

Trump: Dammit, I'm ordering you to release everything. I've already given the public my word.
CIA official: Sir, we cannot do that. It's a a matter of National Security.
Trump: Are you saying that National Security is more important than my word?
CIA Official: Yes, Sir. We are mandated to make those decisions.
Trump: Well, I'm ordering you to release them anyway.
CIA Official: With respect, Sir, this is not your final decision to make.

They next step is to record that conversation then put it out on Twitter.

Then he can demand in the court of public opinion an explanation as to why the POTUS is not the final say, which by law he is. This has been a key point for years in my discussions with people. Is the president not the final say of the Executive Branch, which includes the NSC directly and CIA directly, as he can issue directives directly to them, and indirectly via the NSC? If yes, then nobody gets to tell him no. If no, then the constitution has been violated very badly. While that might be a no brainer for you and I, the common person has yet to recognize this fact.
Remember when the CIA told Eisenhower he couldnt go to S4 and 51? What was his response?

Isnt it what Steve Pieciaweikdasdkji(sp?) said that the military good guys were backing Trump? Cant Trump pull an Eisenhower somehow?

Our problem is collectively we dont see our common enemy. Doing this move in a public way focuses on the common enemy. Every one needs to see that the Military-Industrial-Intelligence-Financial Complex is the problem and to me Trump is not actually doing anything to do this.

Thanks for the link. Going through them slowly, but already some interesting stuff.

Not a huge revelation here, but it may help to silence at least one 'fake' conspiracy line. This appears to exonerate the Soviets of any involvement, and that Oswald was not a Soviet agent.

Certainly if OSWALD had been a Soviet agent in training for an assassination assignment or even for sabotage work, the Soviets would have stopped him from making open visits and phone calls to the Soviet Embassy in Mexico after he tried it a couple of times. Our experience in Mexico, studying the Soviet intelligence service at close range, indicates that they do make some mistakes and are sometimes insecure in their methods, but that they do not persist in such glaring errors.

How are we supposed to determine the "truth of the matter" from all of these ostensible sources, each with a new twist on the conspiracy? Or, for that matter, any other conspiracy?

All we can really know is that we are being lied to, and that the lie is different at, and from, every level. (To paraphrase Richard Hoagland.) They lie up and down the chain and through all channels, and then some.

All we really can do is know ourselves and our own thoughts and actions, and act with integrity at all times, in all matters, and with respect to all things.

All I know there was a coup and conspiracy to assassinate JFK by various
groups and agencies all with a grudge , grievance , hatred and fear of
exposing secrets , co operating with the Soviets to de escalate the cold
war that almost boiled over in Cuba , bay of pigs , disbanding the CIA ,
overhauling the fed , cracking down on the mafia and organised crime
and pulling out the advisors from South Vietnam thus preventing US
intervention in that long drawn out mess. In doing so the mil ind complex
would have reduced military contracts , interfering with foreign countries
internal affairs through 'economic hitmen' and more.....

Basically there were many who wanted Kennedy out the way and the
prospect of a second term was inconceivable to the PTB. So the only
person without a direct motive to kill him seems to be Oswald.....

I was under the impression that all these documents are supposed to be unredacted yet there are still many redactions.

No one should need protecting from any of the information at this point. This should bother you greatly.

Thanks for the info which I haven't had time to really explore as yet --
including what's on YouTube.

Yes -- I think the American public also understood at the time that UFO's
were a part of the reason for the assassination.

HOWEVER, it also seems very clear from Madelaine Brown's revelations of
the assassination that planning began two years before the actual coup.
Iow's, as soon as LBJ was put on the ticket and JFK won the presidency.

Dallas was also their last resort -- Chicago and Florida were two others where
the whistle had been blown on the planned coup -- many think by Oswald.

From what I read of the release, there were going to be heavy redactions continuing.

What was the original target for release -- 2034 ... !!!???

Meanwhile, much info remains hidden --

That was the unanimous finding of the JFK Classified Records Act 1992 -- headed up by
John Tunheim and a panel of 4 I believe. They unanimously made that conclusion.
But the only place where Americans could have found out that information was in a History
Channel Broadcast at the time the network was calling itself: "The Network for the New Millennia."
Tunheim repeats that conclusion a number of times near the end of the program -- and then
as he repeated it TWICE, the TEXT also appeared below on the screen.
Evidently on an alert from Jimmy Carter to the LBJ Family, to Bill Moyers and Jerry Ford those
who do not want this information to be known to the American public acted and the program
and all copies were allegedly confiscated. And it's never turned up on YouTube.

Journalists at the time immediately had immediately asked for Oswald's employment records and
IRS filings and they were always denied the records. The Panel would have seen them.

Dr.Corsi in his comments on the 'Q' threads has suggested
several times that Trump may be the UFO/ET disclosure president
when the topic cropped up. Then Trump floated the idea in a
recent speech to the armed forces in California when semi joking
a space force may be created. It reminded me of his political
mentor Reagans comments in the UN.

Its hard to tell with Trump when he is in jokey mood whether
he is just mooting an idea or is he getting at the Secret space
programme ? probably the former though Dr.Corsi says Trumps
says a lot when he seems not to be.

The largest batch of documents related to the assassination of John F. Kennedy was
released Thursday morning.More than 19,000 files related the President John F.
Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 were posted online by the
National Archives.

Thursday's document release is the final one in accordance with President Donald
Trump's direction in October, which allowed agencies to re-review withheld
documents before releasing them to the public.

The first batch of documents was made public on Oct. 26, 2017, with the most
recent before Thursday's release being on Dec. 15, 2017. In all, nearly 50,000
documents pertaining to the assassination of Kennedy have been released since
October.

Even at the age of nine Jeane Dixon, from Washington in the United States, was
seeing into the future. Later, as an ordinary housewife married to a real estate
agent, she became renowned for her startling accuracy. In 1952 she predicted the
assassination of John F. Kennedy 11 years ahead, at a time when Kennedy was still
a senator for Massachusetts. She was in St Matthew's Cathedral in Washington one
morning when she had a vision of the White House and a young, blue-eyed man
standing at the door and, at the same time, heard a warning that a Democrat who
would be inaugurated as President in 1960 would be assassinated while in office.

Her prediction was reported but later forgotten. In 1960 John F. Kennedy became
the youngest man ever elected President, on the smallest majority of the popular
vote. Early in 1963 Jeane Dixon began to have new, disturbing premonitions about
the President's safety and she made several attempts to warn him of the danger
she saw ahead. On the morning of Friday, 22 November, she told friends: 'This is
the day it will happen.' That afternoon, Kennedy was riding in an open car through
Dallas, Texas, when he was gunned down.

Five years later Jeane Dixon was addressing a meeting in the Ambassador Hotel in
Los Angeles when a questioner asked if Robert Kennedy would ever become
President. 'No,' she answered. 'He will never become President of the United States
because of a tragedy right here in this hotel.' A week later Robert Kennedy won the
California primary and he had just finished addressing a victory rally from the stage
of the Ambassador Hotel's ballroom when he was shot. He died the following day.
