Many of us struggle with the concept of "learning to love yourself." Spiritual awareness, or awakening, is the knowing of the already known in the universe— you’re one with all of creation, a part of All That Is. The same oneness that permeates all microcosms, cells, and atoms of the universe. Many of us have forgotten this connection to self.

When you remember this oneness, your being exudes a light of joy, of higher frequency. You connect to your soul, your essence, and the essence of everyone else through your thoughts, feelings, actions, and energy. You’re much more than your physical body. You’re a spiritual being having a physical experience. You have faith and trust in what you can’t see.
