Iran never signed nuclear agreement

Wikipedia dances around this by showing "souvenir signatures" on a blank sheet of paper, including a signature by Iran's negotiator that is specified as an "homage" to his fellow Iranians but not to the deal itself

Re: Iran never signed nuclear agreement
And your point is? A deal doesn't even have to be in writing to be legally binding so this is highly spurious justification. The deal has been honoured by the conduct of the parties - as far as Iran is concerned - which is what matters. There are many things wrong with Iran but the nuclear agreement or whatever you wish to call it is a step forward in the right direction.
