China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
This is another game changer from China. Less air pollution and dependency on big oil.
"Seeking to curb some of the worst urban air pollution in the world, China will join other nations to push for only electric vehicles on its city streets, eventually banning the sale and use of internal-combustion engines powered by fossil fuels.
Currently in the planning stages of the ban, including detailing the move's completion date, China will force engine makers and car companies to pivot away from fossil fuels, speeding the implementation of electric vehicles in a bid to meet global climate standards laid out in the 2016 Paris Accords.
Government agencies in Beijing and around the country are working with regulators and businesses to set a timetable for the dramatic shift, seen to be a harbinger of world economic growth, as Chinese consumers represent the largest car-buying market on Earth.
According to vice minister of Industry and Information Technology Xin Guobin, speaking at an auto forum in Tianjin on Saturday, the move will profoundly affect the path of China's auto industry, cited by Bloomberg.
"Many countries have adjusted development strategies," said Xin, adding, "Some countries have worked out a timetable to stop production and sales of traditional-fuel vehicles."
"Now the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has launched a study as well, and will work with related departments on a timetable for our country," stated the Chinese official, cited by the South China Morning Post.
As China moves to ban vehicles powered by internal-combustion engines, so too will automakers around the globe increase their shift toward electric vehicles, decreasing the necessity of worldwide crude oil imports and changing the dynamic of global investment, resource use and commodity markets.
Speed is the order of the day, and not only in the vehicles themselves, as automakers responding to the Chinese announcement have been quick to announce shifts in their own strategies.
Honda will introduce an electric car to Chinese buyers in 2018, according to Honda China COO Yasuhide Mizuno, in cooperation with Chinese business entities Guangqi Honda and Dongfeng Honda, creating a new brand.
Other automakers and investors have quickly followed suit.
Chinese startup automaker Nio will begin selling its ES8 battery-powered SUV as soon as mid-December, according to a company statement.
Nio is collaborating with the Chinese state-owned Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group, which itself is currently involved with Volkswagen to introduce an electric SUV in China as early as 2018, according to reports."

Re: China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
Why do you have to push the electric vehicles? Don't they move on their own?
Re: China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
I heard that its supposed to work like that when the cars computer sense that the driver badly need exercise. Its a big leap actually you save fuel while the car saves your health. win win.
Re: China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
In order to generate enough electricity to power all of these cars they're gonna need zero point energy. None of the other sources of energy will likely generate enough power (unless they go whole hog on nuclear, which is a very dangerous game).

electric cars will open the doors for the sources. having a source without the cars will only result in suppression. Ones the cars are there it would be very easy to spread the source that it can no longer be contained by suppression.

Depends on the kind of nuclear energy they use, I've heard they're investing heavily in thorium nuclear reactors, which are much safer than uranium nuclear plants and even produce less radiation than the radiation produced when mining for coal and gas...not quite free energy but at least a step in the right direction.
Re: China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
Excellent presentation by Kirk Sorensen, thank you for sharing Jayke! I haven't hear of Thorium in a while. Seems like the biggest problem is the lack of funding for research of thorium reactors. But I'm happy to hear things are moving.
Quote:
As mentioned, Thor was the first to begin energy production through thorium, but it now faces competition from firms across the globe. For example, India has been interested in thorium-based nuclear energy for decades, according to the US Geological Survey. The country’s nuclear developers have designed an advanced heavy water reactor that is specifically aimed at using thorium as a fuel.
China is also a major player in the development of thorium reactors. The country signed a Phase 2 agreement in 2009 to study the commercial and technical feasibility of its full-scale use in the Candu power system, a heavy water reactor that uses thorium-based fuels. Chines hopes to commercialize thorium reactors within about fifteen years.
In Indonesia, ThorCon and the country’s government are working on launching a molten salt thorium reactor that is expected to be operating by 2025.
Thorium Power Canada, in partnership with DBI, has designed thorium reactors, including a planned 10-MW reactor in Chile. Thorium Power Canada estimates the reactor will provide enough power to produce 20 million liters per day at the desalination plant, which is the equivalent of powering 3,500 homes.

I wonder whos next
"India to Fast Track Towards Exclusive Electric Vehicle Regime"
The Indian government says it is soon adopting a scheme to wipe out diesel and petrol-run vehicles in a phased manner by 2030 in order to cut carbon emissions and prevent choking of roads.
New Delhi (Sputnik) – India's Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari has said that the government is mulling a plan to incentivize electric vehicles in the country by discouraging the manufacturing and import of vehicles run on petrol and diesel.
"A Cabinet note is being prepared that will facilitate the use of electric vehicles. I am going to do it, whether you like it or not. I will bulldoze. Petrol diesel banaane walon kaa band-baajaa bajaanaa hai (We will take the makers of petrol/diesel engine vehicles to the task)," Gadkari told representatives during an industry event.

Looks like electric 18 wheelers are also in the works.

Re: China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
This raises the question of the safety of the EM field produced by electric cars. I have questions out to a researcher and a doctor, professionals in the field now.
On this note, I highly recommend the book by another author in the field of EM safety.
The book is "Dirty Electricity" by Samuel Milham.
Re: China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
Never mind the far more polluting coal fired power stations to generate the power for these things, what about the other issues like the drain on the worlds copper supply ?
Not to mention the use of rare earth minerals & the pollution created in the making of (and worse still) the disposing of such batteries when they are no longer able to hold a charge.....

That was my concern as well. Have you seen how ugly those lithium mines can get? Not a pleasant site. I can't see the fully electric car system working in China unless the elites drip feed us one of the many other clean energy battery technologies they've been keeping under wraps. There was a recent article about potential alternatives to lithium...the graphene battery or sodium-ion battery look like interesting contenders...

And Hym, i'd be interested in hearing the outcome of that. Keep us posted :)
Re: China to Ban Gasoline Cars, Push Electric Vehicles
Yes. Jayke. I would use an AM radio, a portable one, a gaussmeter, an HF 35 C (microwave, radio frequency meter), and a meter to measure body amperage. I have also used an AM radio for years to detect the obvious increase in frequency amplitude around high power lines, lines which have been proven, since the advent of the Tennessee Valley Authority's electrification of the southern U.S. in the 1930's, to cause a marked increase in childhood leukemia.
Under all circumstances it is unhealthy to live within close proximity of any high powered electric lines or transmission stations, which also includes windmill generators or battery banks ( clusters of batteries used to collect energy from solar power, wind power, water flow generators, etc.). Those on islands with electric generators should not live anywhere near them.
In each case any vehicle should be measured individually, both as a matter of accuracy and a method of learning.
There are clearly defined dangers with the well-known "navigation" systems in vehicles.
Collision avoidance radar systems are, by definition, highly suspect when it comes to the induction of health problems within the body electric.
Along this line of scientific inquiry I would also question the safety of being in the EM field of any high powered electric car, with some vehicles having a capacity of 75 KW!!! (Consider that the average need for a 4 person family on a daily basis is just 2 to 3 KW. and that the car depletes most of those kilowatts-KW in what the manufacturers detail as a fraction of a days driving. These are two very different exposure rates of intensity and duration. )
I will share some anecdotal information concerning dc electricity and the health of our bio-electric, bio-chemical and bio-magnetic nature in another post soon.
Let's get working on this. Please do share any science, any expertise and any personal information that may move forward our understanding of this subject, including any contradictory or alternative viewpoints.

Electric is obsolete compared to The HHO cel. Perhaps China should look into that as well.

Yes I remember there are many water cars inventors, includes Daniel Dingle. Stan Meyer and more and I'm sure there are more unknown backyard mechanics. Its all a matter of how long they can carry out with the suppression. With the China and Russia military might already challenging the elites puppet military it wont be long for these technologies to roll out in the open. Water cars maybe the way to go as there is already the infrastructure, just a little tweak with the present ICE then it runs on hydrogen minus the pollution.
