I believe that our abattoirs are equally as "humanitarian". Shame on us.

People may criticise emotion and it's expression...but emotion, empathy, understanding is a symptom of consciousness. Of evolution of consciousness. We need to show our feelings not push them down.

Everyone should take a few minutes to watch this video. It's painful to watch, but it is the truth of what is going on. Forget about the moon, what's going on on Mars, etc. Look around you and where we live.

If you can watch this without feeling something....you need to ask yourself 'Why I am devoid of compassion?'

Gave up milk about a year ago after reading articles about cows milk.
It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
