    Yes. This is all getting a bit technical! But the info may be interesting.

    My meter uses 2 AA batteries, so the total voltage is just 2.4 volts. Those two batteries lasted nearly 20 years (!)...

    It's not impossible. Both Richard Dolan and John Greenewald (from The Black Vault) refuse to rule that out, both noting that the US Air Force has stayed EXTREMELY quiet about all this.
