My only suggestions would be that you

Keep the MMS out of sunlight and store in dark container.
check your mixing of the citric acid...

The concentrated citric acid is easier to mix. Just a simple 1:1 ratio. Not a big deal but when you get into larger doses using the juice or weaker citric acid its a little more effort.

I wonder if its actualy happening more near the superpowers or if its more noticed there then elsewhere due to the high percentage of people in the superpowers walking around being constantly...
