Those Pepperidge Farm little Orange fish crackers say made with GM ingredients right on the package.

    Good to be aware!

I'm choosing all organic or GMO free products, unless local and dependable. Even with that, I've changed brands that have labels that say GMO free. I keep researching and learning more. I appreciate people who are aware and share this information.

Some have said to me that organic and GMO free are more expensive, but I say it's less expensive than the medical treatment that people get after getting cancer or other diseases. Not to mention the worth of staying healthy.

Our county has banned growing GMO foods. Now the pressure is coming on for restaurants to have GMO free and organic menu options.

    Thanks again!
