I can only give you my experience of shedding this layer. I was lying in bed in a lot of emotional pain due to a negative belief I had regarding my marriage which I was trying to turn around. The emotional pain was causing physical pain within my body. I then witnessed black dots coming away from my body and when it moved further away, it was a complete picture of me. A layer of me which was black detached from my physical body. I cant quite remember the feeling of it detaching but thinking, what was that? I asked Totto and he told me it was a SSP layer.

Ill ask Totto about this subject and get back to you with more details.

As far as I am aware, in all the E.T. literature that has been published over the last 50 years, the Blue Avians were never mentioned. Not until Corey Goode began manufacturing their existence. Am I right? If so, has Chillax simply adopted Corey's fantasies and made up his own "stories" to include an imaginary E.T. race? I'm quite happy to be corrected here, but alarm bells began sounding when I saw "blue avians" mentioned on Chillax's blog.

Ashayana deane wrote about the azurites in her voyagers vol 2 book, 2nd edition. P 264: “The Azurites are a blue-skinned land-water mammal feline-avian hominid, some bearing feathered heads and wings, which were created 250 billion years ago...” 2001.

The SSP Layer: they take a individual and place a belief upon them. The one they placed upon me was a negative belief regarding my marriage and because of this belief many insecurities were created and the dark attack our insecurities. I was wrong when I said it works like a virus, after speaking to Totto that isn't the case. It has to be done directly to an individual.
