I see Feinstein cornering and intimidating Mukowski and Mukowski pleading with her to back off and leave her alone. I also see Mukowski viewing Feinstein as the person with the power and she is reluctant to say anything that could cause that power to come down on her.Posted by Paul (here)
I see Senator Feinstein (on the left, hand on wall) glowering over Senator Murkowski (on the right, holding something), who in turn is pleading her case.Posted by Satori (here)
I urge you to take a close look at the photo of Feinstein and Mukowski. Zoom in on their faces. Look at body language. Look at facial expressions. I ask you: who is controlling the conversation? Who has the power?
What do you see?

If a male had a woman pinned against the wall the way Feinstein has Mukowslki pinned that would be considered inappropriate and perhaps an assault. (Legally, assault is the placing of a person in reasonable fear of an injurious or offensive touching. A battery is the actual touching in some manner.)
