From the commercial redemption/ contract law perspective -

I'd suggest a healthy national identity embraced by an empowered populace in control of their ability to contract as individuals and as a collective would be a different concept to -

an over governed populace embracing a doctrine of statism where patriotism could be defined from the root pater -

ie: to make the state one's 'father' relinquishing rights for the benefits and privileges of said state managing one's affairs. (father knows best)

Not many realise what rendering signatures on government documents (negotiable instruments) implies.
I would suggest that many are purposefully not well educated in the art of controlling their contracts.

Of course there's the concept of people acting as individual nation states through to the inevitable progression of a global collective as a nation state contracting with off world civilizations.

On the day porn-star attorney Michael Avenatti was arrested on domestic-violence charges, some Democratic officials began to get queasy about the 2020 presidential campaign he is pondering.

The Vermont Democratic Party had two events planned for this weekend with the anti-Trump lawyer, one each in Burlington and White River Junction.

But after the news of the felony domestic-violence case against him broke, party officials started getting cold feet.

“The Vermont Democratic Party has canceled Mr. Avenatti’s forthcoming scheduled appearances in Vermont, and will be refunding all ticket sales,” state-party spokesman R. Christopher Di Mezzo said in a statement posted on social media.

The party scrubbed promotions for the events, set for Friday and Saturday, on its website.

“We have not heard from his people, but while there is some kind of arrest and investigation to ensue, we’re not going to step into that arena with him.” Mr. Di Mezzo told the Burlington Free Press.

While it's beginning with lower level employees, Farrell believes it will work it's way up as the lower level confess and make deals. He suspicions that many of the sealed indictments have to do with the financial manipulation that lead to the 2008 crisis. He also points out that this is being handled in the Brooklyn Courts rather than the Manhattan Courts which are very corrupt.

I have been telling you ever since crypto currency entered into circulation that they were an experiment by the central banks looking towards a replacement for the US dollar as the sole reserve currency. It is also my reason for expecting that the second reset to take hold is in a very serious economic currency upheaval. The double transition will take place between June of 2019 and 2025. This is not positive to the US dollar nor terminal. This is positive to gold and gold shares which have been decimated. As it is not terminal to the dollar it is a cause for a gold rally, from which there will be no downside reaction. This is the coming realization of the basic concepts of “Free Gold.”

It cannot be stopped nor is there a long term will to continue to lean against gold, which will allow a bankruptcy in sovereign central banks as entities to be restored. What is coming is not any of the crypto currency present now.

Those close to me and continuous daily readers know I got a call from my family on Bert Seligman’s side at $1058 that the bull market’s negative reaction in gold was over. This was posted on JSMineset at that time.

The resets are coming with an entire new role for gold.

I agree with Jim Sinclair's above comments that the current cryptocurrencies are not the ones that will become dominate, in decade or two. Rather the current cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin, Ripple, Stellar, Litecoin, EOS, Ethereum, etc, etc are prototypes.

Current cryptocurrencies remind me of Arpanet in the 1970's and 1980's. It was the research project connecting some universities and various US Defense Department and contractor computers. It lacked the "technical chops" to form the communications backbone for human civilization. It's "child", the Internet, assumed that role in the 1990's, eclipsing Arpanet. Now a substantial portion of all human communication travels over the Internet, and an "Internet of Things" (IOT) is joining in. With the rollout of the 5G network, and with the network of over 12,000 low earth orbit communication satellites (another 7,000 approved by the US government just yesterday), the Internet is on track to become the "nervous system" of human civilization and of their "smart" devices and robots.

I have a half century of expertise in distributed computing and data sharing, and I do not find the technologies used in the current better known cryptocurrencies to be sufficiently powerful, efficient and reliable to form the backbone for a digitized world monetary system.

Just as we are already well along in creating a digitized world communication system (everyone and their toddler has a cell phone, my son currently works installing 5G equipment, "IOT" devices are on prominent display in hardware and electronics stores, and Musk just got the above noted approval for another 7,000 comm satellites), the day will come when the world's monetary system is digitized on a global (and solar system) scale. But Bitcoin and friends will end up being historical footnotes in that development.

Elsewhere, over the last year or three, it has been widely reported that China and Russia are accumulating vast amounts of central bank gold, that the U.S. has probably "lost" most of its central bank gold (no real audit of Fort Knox gold for several decades now), and that JP Morgan Chase is apparently accumulating large amounts of silver.

For the last several centuries, human civilization has been dominated by the ocean going, colonizing nations of Europe and then of their most powerful colony, the United States. There has been an "un-holy" alliance between these colonizing nations and the Merchant and Money Masters of the world, a statistically unusual number of whom have some Jewish ancestry.

For the last half-century, the dominate monetary system has been the "petro-dollar", which has been founded in considerable part on the control of middle eastern (especially Saudi) oil by the dominate nation of our time, the United States. Energy technology has been, and will continue to be, a key factor in determining what human civilization can accomplish, and a key control point over those accomplishments. The United States government, corporations, and financial institutions have controlled that energy source, and the monetary system based on the reliably massive flow of funds and investments involved in supplying that energy to our civilization.

Over the centuries, the nation that dominates that "un-holy" alliance shifts. In the 1800's, it was the British Empire for example.

The identity of the Merchant and Money Masters is less well known, but seems to persist over longer periods of time, perhaps thousand or tens of thousands of years, at least. These people have more of an allegiance to the trade of goods and money between nations and regions, and less of an allegiance to any particular long standing nation or region.

As documented in Michael Pillsbury's excellent book, The Hundred-Year Marathon: China's Secret Strategy to Replace America as the Global Superpower, it would seem that the nation dominating this "un-holy" alliance is shifting, from the United States, to China. I believe that that shift is further along than most Americans realize.

Dot #7:

In agreement with the above quoted note from Jim Sinclair, I expect that the shift from the US to China will involve a shift from the dominance of the US Petro-Dollar Reserve Currency system, to a new world monetary system, in which a nations or major banks gold and silver store will be a major measure of their wealth, and a major means of settling trade imbalances between nations.

For the last few years, we've been seeing major shifts in who holds the major gold stores, while the New York and London financial institutions have been engaged in keeping the price of gold and silver low, as benefits those accumulating larger stores of it. "They" have been "buying low". I anticipate that "they", especially the Merchant and Money Master class, will be instrumental in re-evaluating gold and silver to much higher valuations, in the next phase of this transition to the next world monetary system.

It will certainly benefit these most powerful families and institutions to rearrange the value of gold and silver much higher, say from $1200/ounce to $10000/ounce for gold and from $14/ounce to between $200 to $400/ounce for silver, as part of this reset, once they have both the largest stashes of gold and silver and sufficient control over the world's financial, political, and other levers of power that they can make that happen.

As Jim Sinclair observes above, the US Dollar won't necessarily die. But it will no longer be the "world's reserve currency." So these $US/ounce valuations for gold and silver will have some significance for those of us who normally hold and transact in $US currency or in other currencies closely pegged to the US dollar. These $US dollar revaluations of gold and silver will be partly, but not entirely, a reflection of the decline of the value of US Dollars in world markets. These revaluations will also reflect a major increase in the value of gold and silver in world markets, as part of (yet another) major shift in wealth to the most powerful.

Just as some of the corruption in New York financial markets was "cleaned up" with the passage of the Glass-Steagall Act (GSA) in 1933, as part of building a publicly trusted foundation for the next major world monetary and financial system, similarly I expect that some of the corruption of what that system has evolved into will be cleaned up as part of building the publicly trusted foundation for what follows, favoring those holding gold and silver and the nation on top of world trade, China.

The portion of those "sealed indictments" that applies to financial fraud, such as Joseph P. Farrell refers to in the above video, will form part of the basis for that cleanup.

The swamp draining on which Trump and Q (yes, I did work "Qanon" into this overly long post <grin>) are working, in Washington, DC and associated locations, is also part of this cleanup.

Such a clean-up serves multiple purposes, as is usually the case with prolonged and involved operations. Not only does this clean-up improve public trust in the "new", replacing, system, but it also provides an opportunity to force and/or camouflage the necessary changes, and to remove, sometimes with extreme prejudice, the minions of the old system who would get in the way of the new system.

The Rockefeller's and their minions, who made their wealth over the last century in petroleum, pharmaceuticals and chemicals, as well as in financial shenanigans involving the US Dollar denominated securities, debt and trade (such as trade in illegal drugs, weapons, and human trafficking), including their key "front-men" such as the Bushes and Clinton's, and their key intelligence institutions such as the CIA and their controlled mockingbird media, ... are taking a major hit in this transition.

Some other major families, such as the Rothshchild's and the Chinese Li's, and perhaps the Kennedy's, are holding or gaining power in this shift.

Dot #9:

I do not expect that we, in the "American Empire", will see the roll-out of major new energy technology. The finances, institutions and infrastructure of the American Empire and of its US Dollar are far too deeply entwined with petroleum based energy. That "new energy" ship has already sailed, under a Chinese flag ... they just haven't told us yet. China, not the US, has the technology and manufacturing base and political and cultural control and will power, to maintain control of the roll out of new energy technology, when it suits their interests to do so. "The Petro-Dollar" and "The US World Reserve Dollar" are two sides of the same coin, and will fade into the sunset as one, as will the use of hydrocarbon fuels as the dominant energy source for our civlization.

A six-count indictment was unsealed today in federal court in Central Islip charging Enayatullah Khwaja, Abdulrahman Khwaja, Rani Rahimi, Shikeba Rhamatzada, Roberto Saenz, Maynor Melendez-Mendoza and Naseem Bokhari with conspiracy to commit money laundering, operation of an unlicensed money transmitting business, failure to file currency transaction reports and IRS forms 8300, structuring monetary deposits, and interstate and foreign travel and transportation in aid of a racketeering enterprise.

“Money laundering is the lifeblood of international narcotics trafficking organizations and with today’s arrests the defendants’ ability to profit from illicit proceeds has been crippled,” stated United States Attorney Donoghue. “I commend our prosecutors and the Special Agents in this case for their relentless work following the money trail here and abroad in order to disrupt this criminal scheme.”

“Those arrested today allegedly employed an international money laundering scheme relying on the complexities of global trade, and the use of their businesses here in New York and in Florida, to launder millions of dollars for transnational drug traffickers and other bad actors,” stated HSI Special Agent-in-Charge Melendez.

As alleged in the indictment and other court documents, family-owned businesses operated by the defendants on Long Island and in Miami were used to launder millions of dollars in illegal drug proceeds between the United States and South America. ... Well one of those sealed indictments was Julian Assange, which in my opinion is horse-****.

It leaked out by accident, apparently. (Maybe this accident was not entirely an accident, who knows)

Assistant US Attorney Kellen S. Dwyer, urging a judge to keep the matter sealed, wrote that "due to the sophistication of the defendant and the publicity surrounding the case, no other procedure is likely to keep confidential the fact that Assange has been charged." Later in the filing, Dwyer wrote that the charges would "need to remain sealed until Assange is arrested."

That Kokayi case involved previously classified information and prosecutors were planning to use information obtained under the FISA act. Kokayi was indicted last week and is set to be arraigned on Friday. His case has been sealed since September.

Since the revelation was made in error, no other details about the charges against Assange were revealed.

Dwyer is also assigned to the WikiLeaks case. People familiar with the matter said what Dwyer was disclosing was true, but unintentional.

Joshua Stueve, a spokesman for EDVA, said "the court filing was made in error. That was not the intended name for this filing."

The DOJ has for years refused to reveal whether charges have been pending against Assange under seal, though it was widely believed that they were. But. seeing as filings like Dwyer's are probably vetted by multiple readers, the fact that an error of such magnitude was allowed to be made is almost suspicious in and of itself, particularly considering the timing with other reports about the DOJ's efforts to indict Assange (before leaving office, Attorney General Jeff Sessions had confirmed that arresting Assange remained "a priority").

It's almost as if somebody had tried to warn him (Assange and Wikileaks have also been cited as unindicted co-conspirators in indictments against a Russian troll farm handed down by the Mueller probe).

Probably the best REAL journalist alive today. And does the US really want to convict someone for telling the validated truth and even employing free speech? Isn't that a First Amendment issue also? And what is the future for the truth if Washington gets it's evil way?

Of course, the main reason that this remains "in limbo" is that The DNC would have some problems with the disclosure stage of discovery because Assange would be able to prove that the ****lery emails came from Seth Rich. Which not only destroys the "Russia" case, but also ***** ****lery and raises more questions regarding Seth's murder?

Conversely, Trump should welcome a "Pardon" for Assange, as had been previously negotiated but killed by his neocon entourage. So what happened there?
