⚠️ The Big Tech Lobby pushing #5G on both sides is enormous and if Trump would not represent the "bi-partisan majority vote" he would face endless lawsuits and called a "dictator" ...

People who assume it is Trump "who is behind it all" are in my view beyond stupid & pathetic in my book.

It is never "Trump's FCC" never is never was ... as he himself is NOT a "science expert" nor an "health expert" he is just TOLD "what to do" just like ALL other Presidents before him.

There are many Republicans and many Democrats on BOTH sides PUSHING #5G long long time ... they represent the majority (not Trump).

Quote: "Trump FCC's Latest Lies" unquote. is not correct nor was it "Obama's FCC" as we are ruled by Bi-Partisan Technocracy Lobbyists like: Google, Apple, IBM, AT&T, Verizon, Samsung etc. etc. and most of these Big-Tech Lobbyists are Pro Democrats thus Bi-Partisan 5G insanity is inevitable.

5G antennas may be banned at French airports and nearby residential areas as they could interfere with aircraft altimeters. Poor old telcos! They deplore the fact that this could set off a whole new round of conspiracy theories about 5G. So let's go for it folks!

5G: Civil aviation sparks controversy with telecoms companies

Are 5G antennas installed at airports likely to disrupt guidance systems inside aircraft? This is what the DGAC (French Civil Aviation Authority) is suggesting, based on a report stating that the 3.7-3.9 GHz band to be used for 5G could create a "major risk" for aircraft radio altimeters, which also use these frequencies.

This objection from civil aviation has angered the telecoms companies as it may result in antennas not being allowed to be installed not only in airports but also in nearby urban areas. "Additional technical analyses are being undertaken to ensure the compatibility of these 5G antennas with the needs of civil aviation," said Philippe Barnola, DGAC Deputy Director.

The four telecoms companies (Orange, SFR, Bouygues Telecoms and Free) were all the more put out by the announcement coming after the frequency auctions that raised 2.786 billion euros for the state.

    "In the end, it's exhausting"

They sent a letter to Cédric O, Minister in charge of Digitisation and Electronic Communications, expressing their amazement at hearing of this risk and discussing the ramifications.

According to Les Echos, SFR (Altice Group, which also owns BFM Business and BFMTV) threatened "not to pay the 118 million euros due to the state until the situation is resolved". For its part, Bouygues Telecom demanded to be compensated "in proportion to these new constraints".

Contacted by AFP [Agence France presse], SFR did not provide a comment, while Bouygues Telecom said it had not asked for "any compensation", but that "this complexity should be taken into account" in the deployment of 5G.

"Having reservations is legitimate, but 7% of the world is already covered in 5G. There has never been a single problem with planes," one telco told Les Echos. "In the end, it's exhausting. This situation could set off a whole new round of conspiracy theories about 5G".

Telcos also say that they should have been told about this situation earlier. They submitted their first applications for authorization for 5G antennas in the 3.5 GHz band a few days after the end of the auction, on 20 October, and the first responses to the telecoms companies were made Thursday, said the DGAC.

    https://www.lesechos.fr/tech-medias/...oports-1266848

    AUTOMATIC (VERY ROUGH) TRANSLATION

Tutzing (Starnberger see): Green, Free voters, the SPD and the ÖDP decide a Moratorium for 5G+
Council calls for technology assessment, Preparedness, and mobile concept

In Tutzing (Bavaria) by setting four groups for a Moratorium on the high-frequency technology. The Süddeutsche Zeitung reported:

"Transmission equipment for mobile radio technology, with more than 3.8 GHz supports the municipality on the entire municipal territory, including their properties in the future, only "if the safety of people and environment by industry and government is proven by independent scientists to reliably". This Moratorium, initiated by the citizens initiative for 5G-free Tutzing, went through on Tuesday in the municipal Council with 10:8 votes. At the same time as comprehensively as possible to ensure, powerful, and as far as possible, on fixed network technology based broadband Tutzings and its districts. In addition, if you want to develop, with the experts in a "mobile precautionary approach" - is to minimize a positive planning, where plants could be set up for the purposes of the municipality, the pollution of citizens. In the emotional debate, the Doctor and a Councilor of the Free voters, Verena Jordan-Marstrander, pointed out that there is yet "no evidence for the safety" of high frequency mobile radio technology. You have "significant health concerns". Autonomous Driving, real-time transfers, and new devices - "do we need this? We want to do that?", you asked ... ÖDP-councillor Caroline pitcher that followed for many years is critical to the mobile development at the place, knocked on the precautionary principle.Accordingly, the community of the existence must bear - such as the health care of their citizens. Only the specified contribution helps, unfortunately, not an industry-independent representation of the Pros and Cons, quite the contrary! The specified source is not obtained in any case, the impression of a scientifically sound analysis.
Why the high number of scientific studies, as well as for example. Findings of the technology, it is not a result of Committee of the Federal government, the Scientific service of the European Parliament, to name just a few, as esoteric estimate is for us to understand.

    (1) A technology assessment has not yet taken place. The HEAD of the technology Committee OF the Bundestag, Prof. Armin Grunwald, the consequences of 5G called a "Experiment on people". ( see Prof. Armin Grunwald, head of the office for technology assessment at the German Bundestag, July 2019, available at https://kurzelinks.de/hv8f)

    (2) On the basis of the classification of the previous technique, the radiation from a 2G (GSM), 3G (UMTS), 4G (LTE) and Wi-Fi as a "possible carcinogen" (category 2B) by the IARC of the WHO scientific services of the European Union in policy papers for the members warn of the potential health risks of 5G.

    (3) the SCIENTIFIC SERVICE OF the EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT in February 2020 on 5G there is no evidence as to its safety. "The current scientific literature shows that there is a permanently acting wireless radiation probably has biological effects, which is the case for the special features of the 5G in a special way: the combination of millimeter-wave, a higher frequency, the number of transmitters and the number of Connections.Various studies suggest that 5G the health of people, plants, animals, insects and microbes would affect – and that 5G a cautious approach would be appropriate, since it is an untested technology is." cf. ibid. (Briefing of the EPRS), p. 1, document available at https://kurzelinks.de/f0w7

    (4) Interestingly, recommends that even the PRESIDENT OF the GERMAN FEDERAL office FOR radiation protection (BfS), Fr. Dr. Inge Paulini in 3sat on 25.02.2019 a cautious approach under a provisional exemption of "sensitive places" of 5G.
Video available at https://www.3sat.de/wissen/nano/gefa...play&obj=79212 (available to 26.02.2024)

    (5) it is Interesting that the French city of Lille for a Moratorium on 5G decides about 600 municipalities in Italy, the million cities of Marseille and Lyon, in addition to other 9 cities in France with a 5G-expansion of stop demand, as Brussels and Geneva. (cf. https://www.diagnose-funk.org/publik...il&newsid=1613)

    (6) For further Research, I also recommend "what time is it in Germany again a radiation protection?", Open letter with options for action to the President of the Federal office for radiation protection, Dr. Inge Paulini, by Jörn Gutbier / Peter Hensinger, diagnosis:radio e. V., p. 2 and p. 3, document available at https://kurzelinks.de/vtzw

French Court of Appeal: Installation of "smart" meters is not mandatory in European law

Good news from France about "smart" meters. The Court of Appeal of Bordeaux, France, has confirmed that the installation of a "smart" meter is not mandatory. The court has stated that,

"Contrary to what is claimed by Enedis [a French electricity company], no legal or regulatory text, European or national, requires Enedis, a private commercial company, public service concession-holder, to install smart meters at the homes of individuals".
This confirmation benefits all consumers, even non-victims of microwaves.

The court also recognized an unlawful function added to the "smart" meter by Enedis which, according to the former director of the "smart" meter programme, enabled surveillance of the starting or stopping of certain appliances in the home, such as a dishwasher.

The court ruled as follows: "This function, described as "intrusive" by Enedis' opposing parties, is confirmed by the publication of the university thesis carried out under a contract with the Research and Development Department of Smart Meters, which states that "The characteristics of the electrical consumption of a device in the short moment after it is turned on can be used to identify the device". "[...] It must therefore be held that Enedis failed to fulfil its obligation to provide information as defined by the provisions of Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code."

So here we have the elements of rights that we have talked so much about. Accordingly: no penalty on refusal to allow the installation of a "smart" meter.
Fees for manual readings of meters will be slightly increased to about € 30 per year, instead of about € 21 usually.

No charge can be made for installation because it is already included in the ENEDIS contract for the maintenance of the network, and it is even less justified if you refused the "smart" meter.
